This is utter nonsense. No law in the country forbids the complainant to approach the same court or higher court with a complaint again.

Sai takes back the appeal because she does not want Vinu to go through mental torture, she does not want Vinu to know about this whole thing sabke saamne. Sai does not want Vinu to have the pressure of choosing someone. Virat is shocked

don't worry Sai will tell Vinu & Vinu want to live with both moms. No question of court anyway. If not like lot of other things this statement will be forgotten & Sai can file again. Pretty soon she can file complain of child abuse & imprisontment for Vinu, P is proving to be cookoo & also Virats partner. How long she plans to keep her Vinu home? What about the finals? Vinu has to go to school for finals.

Sai should bring Savi to CN to meet Virat. No one can stop Virats daughter to meet her baba & then Sai can talk to Vinu. Actually Sai can climb up on pipe & meet Vinu at night. Try arresting her in front of Vinu. He will hate both P & Virat.
