Pakhi gets furious at Virat for hiding the truth from her. She says that he knew about Vinayak being their son from a long time still hided about it from her even after knowing that she cannot become a mother in future. She determines to take her son away from Chavans and sai.

Maybe I'm not understanding this question but the reason why Pakhi thinks Vinu is her and Virats's son is because they obviously adopted him together?
