In India, as a rule in most states, if the parents are not married, the mother is automatically given primary custody rights over the children. This means she has complete authority to make any major and minor decisions regarding her child's welfare. (Copied from somewhere)

Father is natural guardian and still has right over the child if legal custody is handed over to mother but ultimately mother’s custody tops over father as long as she is fit to take care of child.

Virat getting her arrested and junior cops not listening to her pleas of he abducting her daughter is beyond ridiculous. Just because he is senior police officer, he and his staff are acting as if he does not need to abide by the law.

Such a wrong message for society in general.

I have zero hope, but these writers need to show what virat did here was complete abuse of his powers as a police officer and that action being taken against him needs to be shown.

I know. Some commissioner or higher up official should get involved in Sai’s support and should show Virat his place. He is acting as if he did not do anything wrong. Constantly blaming Sai for Vinayak’s death.

Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Virat has flaunted his power and has become law breaker No1. he wore his DCP badge for personal Vendetta.

Every uniformed officer has to put service before self this is blatantly the opposite.

When he asks his junior for the bike , just look at VCs expression . It's as if his need is paramount. There is no request in his tone or body language.

People like me have no faith in the police due to folks life VC who reduce service to a farce.
