Virat’s Oath of Allegiance to the country

Virat is an IPS officer. My understanding is As a servant of the Republic of India, he has to take this oath of allegiance.

I, Dr. / Shri / Smt. /Ms._________________Disignation_______________, do swear/solemnly affirm that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to India and to the Constitution of India as by law established, that I will uphold the sovereignty and integrity of India, and that I will carry out the duties of my office loyally, honestly, and with impartiality.

Is this not his VAADA to his country? Is this not his Zimmedari? In that case, how can he give another Vaada that goes against this vaada?? What are the makers trying to show? Is Virat not a traitor then? He should be in jail. Good going!! You have made the hero of the show a third rate villain What message are you propagating through this show? 🤔

He always does that... They showed him doing wrong to his wife, who he gave seven promises for that one promise to Pakhi didi...proposed deal marriage... Again wronged that for one promise made to sada...

He is a traitor, no doubt in it, makers even made him say that... I don't know how they go back to whitewash him from here...

They are showing virat as a person who thinks so highly of himself despite being wrong person. By which face he is still boasting about his pakki zaban when he didn't fulfilled his single promise till now. Even now he is boasting how he can do anything for his so called vaada. He takes proud in his vaada. This makes this character even more hate worthy.
