Since you asked about it, I am giving you an intro about how and what of fake followers. But this conversation isn't exactly what I would like to call fandom friendly. Aish might have bought it or might not but it doesn't really matter, and shouldn't be anyone's concern. No offence though.

Yes, there are fake followers. A person can buy followers to exaggerate their popularity. One very basic method of figuring out whether someone has fake followers or not is to see their number of posts. If they are really active then they would have high chances of having large no. of genuine followers, but if they are less active on SM, and they have huge amount of followers then it is quite possibly because they might have bought some of them.

Other thing is to check those who are following them. If there are lots of anonymous profiles in the followers list (profiles with weird names like abcdefg, without any profile pictures etc.) Then they are bought. But this isn't very efficient as someone like Aish might still have pretty large number of genuine followers (though less than what it is now), even if she had bought them, so, checking it would be quite tedious.

Also, one can check the type of comments that are in her pics. If there are lots of generic comments. Like someone just commenting good or nice, then also there is a chance that they might be bought. But again this has the same problem with the one above.

The engagements(be it likes or comment) on her posts is less as compared to Ayesha's even having difference of so many followers , so it's genuine for people to suspect. So yeah.
