I only started watching for sairat.. now it's becoming a headache. Any idea if we are gonna get sairat track or still pakhi Samrat or family drama. I will stop watching and come back if sairat track comes.

sabhi ko apni apni ke guilty pleasures pasand honge shaayad. Boring life or abusive life, I have heard people saying they can't abuse their family/in-laws, at least they can vent their frustration out on the fictional characters without worrying about what others think.

Some need masala, while some seek comfort that some other person is having a worse time than them.

Actually if you've followed news/old shows like from Kyun ki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi era, apparently girls were scared of getting married - fearing their mother-in-law & other in-laws would be as horrible as the shows telecast them. There was this guy called "Shyam" in IPKKND, whose real name was "Abbas", he had openly stated in an interview that girls were reluctant to marry him - assuming him to be as cunning in cruel life as in the show but he's nothing like that.

I know yaar people start relating to these characters and get them confused with the actors’ real life/personality often.

And don’t remind me of IPKKND. I’m actually watching it now to help take my mind off GHKPM 😂…its always been my guilty pleasure…and Shyam was my favorite Villain (if that’s a thing!!). Abbas was so good…I loved to hate him as Shyam. I’m not even going to go down the rabbit hole of comparing IPKKND to this nonsense we’re being served where the leads stand 6 feet apart in every scene or shoot romantic scenes separately 🤦🏽‍♀️🙄
