Sairat can't opt for IVF because it's the problem of uterus not eggs. That's why they opted for Surrogacy, if it was problem of only fertility then IVF would have been the solution. But her uterus can't carry that's why they opted for Surrogacy, which involves IVF too

That’s because they show Sai’s womb is weak .. so it cannot carry baby full term .. getting pregnant is not an issue

Ivf is for those who find it difficult conceiving.. my cousins wife had this problem .. she had multiple miscarriages .. she finally had a baby girl after 11 years of marriage.. but she was mostly on bed rest .. after conceiving
Doctors generally tell .. to take take care for a few years .. and try a few times .. because Sai is very young .. surrogacy is offered when the mother is 40 plus .. my cousin had her baby when she was 35

Yhc and PS nice twists involving leads. Haven't seen but read about it.

Here in ghum they won't do as they want to give SS to PL more. So not much twist involving leads.

If Sam was there they could have developed story more. If there are 2 pairs they can have more good scenes. They could have shown him taking her to the children s orphanage and focussed on Sairat more at home after confession.

They should send Pakhi out of the house for few months. Boring she is always in the house and creating nonsense. Same thing repeated.
