Isn't it obvious? You can be angry with only those you have expectation from or those you love truly and with whom you can be candid. Before Sai came into his life,Virat was conditioned to suppress his emotions. Everything changed with Sai's advent: he opened up to his feelings because of her and can't suppress them anymore, especially when it comes to Sai.

But I saw some clips from youtube and this guy is quite consistent guys ,jis episode mein bhi dekha ek hi expression dikhi mujhe. Mujhe do kaaran lage,ya toh mera chasme ka number badh gaye hai(Yup,I have specs,so not kidding) or he is consistent. I thought option 2 hai.

The letter truth will probably come out soon but what they did ten years ago I don't think he will know that soon.
