They are butchering Virat’s character. The only reason I can think of is to garner sympathy for the female lead by showing regressive stuff. TRP audience like regressive stuff, bechari FL.

I would have agreed to this as many do this but if sai was actually like Gopi bahu which she is not so all this looks like product of lazy writing to me and hopefully this is not bcoz of the on going offscreen camrades

Copy paste karenge toh yeh hoga, the scenes are copied mostly (i mean the main content) thats where the issue is. Wherever there have been some originality in scenes they have worked well.

Copy karo, par aage piche dekh to lo.

ML and family will torture FL for years, for like 400 episodes and ML usually will have a side gf.

In episode 401 they will say sorry and she will forgive immediately coz sab bade hain and things will be like all good suddenly.

Then 415th episode will be love confession then consummation. FL wants to tell everyone she is pregnant, but suddenly Episode 420, there will be MU where ML and his family will throw the FL out again and there will be a leap of 5 years.

This is their formula, recycled under different banners, replace the families, punjabi, gujarati, bengali and so on... just so that you can see different pujas and wedding celebration styles where the FL can be insulted in front of many people.

Believe only to make female lead superior other characters get butchered specially male lead

Female lead also leave because vamp or any villain emotional blackmail her

Always hide about baby from his biological father

She stay with some other man who is her best friend and that kid called him daddy 🙊

Male lead had gf or fiance with whom about to get married but female lead re enter in their life

Hide and seek game starts and his kid loves him but as an uncle

Male lead try to win female lead and his gf long forgotten

Female lead is not shown as dormant but mahanta ki devi and male lead is punching bag

Actually aish is not the female lead. She is the parallel lead. In actual on itv there is always only one male lead and one female lead who are referred to as the lead pair, and most often they will have 1 character whose only purpose in the story is to be the third wheel in the main couple's love story who is referred to as parallel lead.

Pakhi, as per kusum dola original is in this story till the very end. Pakhi will remain as the main bone of contention between virat-sai's love story just like in kusum dola.

Very very true dear. In actual the reason why people are so confused and frustrated by this show is that throughout itv it is common practise that there is a lead pair who are promoted as the face of the show, and if there is a third lead, that lead is mostly referred to as parallel lead and has a set purpose of trying to cause problems in lead pairs life and that is all, but the story is of the lead pair's journey of love, trial and tribulations.... here too similar thing is being shown, except the issue is cropping up in the way the leads are being promoted. They don't properly promote ayesha and neil as the lead couple whose love story this is.... they just keep promoting the triangle or promoting aishwarya alongside neil in bts segment interviews too much even for scenes where pakhi character has less role than kaku.

You watch the show and you can tell who the male and female lead is and can tell who is just a third wheel meant to cause problems in main couple's relationship, yet the promotions do not make this clear.
