Exactly! Actually if you watch those episodes from samrat-pakhi marriage, as a viewer you will not blame virat at all, but only pakhi's stupidity and abstinence. Literally she has one of the most supportive father's who unlike her mother couldn't give two damns if this marriage breaking would do some damage to pakhi's future marriage prospects and a father who kept telling her to change her mind, yet she was abstinent because she herself said that if she does not marry samrat then virat will not marry her and she will even lost virat's friendship that way. So the person to blame for this mess is actually only pakhi and her stubbornness and stupidity because she herself wanted to marry samrat and refused to break it even when her father supported her if she choses to break it but she jsut wanted a way for virat to forever remain in her life.
And the most telling scene that proves how pakhi alone, rather than virat too, is responsible for this mess is pakhi's dad's shock and disbelief when pakhi told her of the celibacy promise virat gave her. In that scene pakhi's dad questioned pakhi's love for virat in a way by questioning her why on earth would she want virat to remain alone and without love and support for the rest of his life. And yeh maharaani says a line that summed up her entire character that I can't remember word for word but it was something about how paagalpan is love because by asking her such a question her dad was calling out pakhi's love for virat as being madness and selfish in a way.
Pakhi's dad was pretty impressive in samrat-pakhi marriage. You could tell from that question of his to pakhi that he found pakhi's expectation of virat staying single for the rest of his life incredibly selfish.
Also the scene where she got to know how she misunderstood virat and that she made such a big mistake.... gosh this girl was getting so bloody hyper and happy in that scene with virat and her parents in order to break the marriage.... she could not understand how dire of a situation for virat she had made all this because just because she realised virat did no wrong, that does not reverse the fact she already agreed to marry her brother and it is only 1 day from the marriage. She could not understand how her stupid mistakes would hurt virat's brother and his family, and in turn but virat in a very tricky situation, and virat knew that instantly which is why he looked so broken when pakhi realised she had misunderstood him and was getting all happy thinking now there is nothing stopping her from marrying virat.
Agar virat bata bhi deta to I doubt virakhi ki shaadi hoti coz kaku would had not agreed to it anyway, coz herself asked consent of pakhi for this marriage. Kaku for ever would be taunting Ashwani that samrat married broke coz of virat .
Aap yakeen nhi karenge ladkiyon ki tarah ladko ko bhi taunt tolerate karna parta hain agar unki shaadi toot jaye 2 , society ko bahut mazaa aata hai dusro ke pain ko enjoy karne mein. Her mother was right it's not joke to change d name from d card when marriage is very next day .
I actually felt bit bad for pakhi's father who was hoping best for his daughter, he was bit taken aback when pakhi told d reason of her marrying samrat. I hope he would had been bit strict with pakhi.
Virat , her parents only thought pakhi will move on but she became too stubborn & refused to move on only. God only know what she planned for this marriage , how would she stopped samrat .
Even sairat married in weird circumstances but still they were aware in what thing they r entering , unko pata hain Shaadi kya hoti hain but they just in their limit.
I hold virat as culprit of samrat but definitely not pakhi .
