I think customs will be done even if these two are not interested they will.have to Also I guess Virat will also think about how Kaku taunts Karishma so even if he doesn't want to je will finally agree so that Kaku doesn't taunt Sai t is his Duty and responsibility to protect her and take care of her in every way.

I think Sai and Virat will get married, but Sai will be focused on her career and medical studying she won't bother too much between Virat and Pakhi. But I also think something will happen to Samrat, he won't come back and maybe Sai will become a dr by then and leave Virat so Virat will be with Pakhi. Its like a love triangle now.
