If I was asked how you found this new show 'Ghulaam, I would have smiled because someone has brought me my fictional delight. Oh yes, I have my doubts clear. Today's episode was much grounded and fancy surface now makes all the sense.

When cruelty of 'Berahampur' galore and a Ghulaam came across as a bit beyond, she arrived and sealed the deal. How I loved when she graced my screen! No doubt, story is so well crafted. I won't lie about how a few things have made me frown but overall, I am so looking forward to this show. I LOVE it when things are away from reality because that's how they don't make a mockery. Here this story is offering me some love. I am loving the extreme characteristics it has brought together.

Every character is fresh and that take viewer along. You just can't help but feel the created vibe.

Coming to Shivani, I loved her. A girl who let out her anxiety by crying and makes you smile, this show needed such character. Talking from a writer's perspective, it is delight to write unguarded characters because they make perfect subjects and offer so much to look forward to.

Personally, I am not a fan of 'Defined charactered' and I am glad she isn't one. They restrict me as a viewer. Here I think, the contrast Shivani brings, will create fire. So looking forward to every arc and how this slave is going to head towards freedom owing to this girl.

This is gonna be interesting. ❤️

I loved how you offered a different perspective on her, esp as a writer! Even though I have to admit that as an actor, Niti's expressions were pretty average. Disappointing, in fact. Especially when you see such powerhouse performances in the same episode.

But, as a character, I loved how you've dissected and broke her down.

Errrmmm! About Niti doing it subtly or average as you said, I guess that toned the outline for me. That vague in her performance helped the dramatic plot. Otherwise you know how this character has all the potential to turn into something we both may not like. That not so bang on approach of her made me happy. Good part was that she didn't come across artificial with expressions. She might come across confusing but at least that leave me with my imagination. Don't mind, I am always on another track. 😆
