Not in serials it isn't. The laws are made up by the writers as they go a long. In the west, the testimony of a police officier is enough to convict you and put you in jail. The testimony of a witness is enough to do the same. In Indian serials a person gets caught red handed and even that is not enough. So kidnapping Ranvir even though it is a crime is not one on television, unless of course it fits into a storyline.

LoL! That is true. There is overwhelming evidence that Bhavishya was a criminal. He may have been mentally unstable, but he was extremely aware of the fact that he was after the Garodia family. 😡 How can any fair judge not see that? 🤢

Understandably Kapil needs to fight his side as well as he can and will use any and all ammunition - but it is the judge's DUTY to see beyond everything. 😊
