Lakshmi and Karan will be together again
After 4 months Lakshmi (Twinkle Bajpai) and Karan (Yuvraj Malhotra) will be back together in Betiyaan as Lakshmi will forgive Karan.
About the track, Yuvraj tells us, "Right now all the four daughters are trying to expose the secret of Pavitra (Jasveer Kaur) in front of their brother Yuvraj (Romit Raj). After that Karan will come to meet Suryakant Goradia (Yatin Karyekar) to apologise. It will be very difficult for Suryakant to forgive Karan but later on he will realize that Karan has done many good things and will try to convince Lakshmi with the help of her three sisters. Finally she will forgive Karan."

For me it will be a relief because earlier when I used to torture Lakshmi I was facing public wrath but now when Lakshmi is not forgiving me I'm facing sympathy from all fans. They constantly ask me when Karan and Lakshmi will come together."

The four sisters are responsible for bringing this truth out. Now, Pavitra-Kajri and Rasilibai are in jail while Yuvraj is suffering from depression.
