GKLB back to same old --- Menka gone bad

I'm not complaining but GKLB has gone back to the same old story .... meening the family is once again back home and now Menka has turned evil again....

Yea I know what you mean. After this hugee leap we are back to square one. However the story has many unanwsered questions which will probably lead the story in its new direction.

Yes, I always felt she would be Menka again. It's very hard to change who you are when every fiber of your being is jealous, mean-spirited, selfish, and conniving.
Let's not forget the short half-life of good and positive memories and what other have done for you. It's time to buy the property next door and move Menka, Baa, Halki/Phulki/Hasmukh there.

Let's see what happens...but it won't be pretty.

i don't think halki/phulki/hasmukh deserve to be in that group. halki/phulki were mean but they have learned their lessons, and hasmukh was never bad...at least not since i've been watching. maybe he was at some other time. anyway, even if halki/phulki were mean, they were never EVIL like meneka.

baa drives me mad. she's supposed to be the matriarch in the family but always seems to do more harm than good.

she had to bcome bad again...i think sorrows and humiliation coz of her son made her go into that self pity mode and now that HER son is back in the family she thinks its her very right to be given special importance like always..

Menka had and will always have a sense of entitlement. She's come to expect it since she married into the family and gave birth to the only Garodia son. And when she feels she is being cheated or wronged (eg staying in room with Suryakant), she lashes out and gets into a selfish, mean mode.

Plus every show needs an antagonist. K is no longer the antagonist. Bhavishya will be resurrected in some shape or form. This is just another to keep things interesting.
