yea that's true.. but the family had not hired Dr.Desai for Surya's treatment then.. so Yuv may have thought that they will be consulting a diff doctor. Nevertheless, when Yuv heard that dr.desai was the doc who cud treat Surya and his family were worried abt the expenses, he shud have offered his help w/o anyone asking.. instead of hoping that they may go for someone cheaper. He knew how Shitij has no job now, since he resigned from Yuv's company and yet he never wondered how is family is coping without anyone earning there.
