May 20th 2009 Written Update
Menka meets w/ Rasik outside the Garodia house to discuss their next move. Both are hopeful that w/ Sav on their side Yuv will be soon out of jail, provided he doesn't confess to anything in court. Rasik assures Menka that soon she can gain back her control over the family too. Right then he sees Saras and Jhanvi return home and quickly he sneaks out of there. Menka covers, when they ask her who she was talking to. At work, Akash, Tina and Gauri are discussing abt posters for their next ad campaign, when Gauri suggests an Indian theme for it. Akash likes her idea, which leaves Tina fuming in anger. Devyani suggests Gauri handle the project w/ Akash and asks them not to let the quotes leak out this time. Tina watches w/ a vengeance. Menka and Sav arrive in prison to meet Yuv, but the jailer doesn't let them, stating that Yuv has refused from meeting anyone. Menka and Sav return home disappointed. Sav reassures her that Yuv will come back home to them very soon and warns her from trusting Rasik in this. Akash and Gauri leave office together and talk abt the upcoming project. After he drives off, she bumps into Nik's car. Tina who is in another taxi spots them talking and wonders how Gauri knows Nikhil Singh. Quickly she captures their picture on her cell and vows to get Gauri into trouble w/ it. Back in the house, Jhanvi hears abt Yuv refusing to meet Menka and she shares this info with Saras. Both are glad that at least Yuv kept his word. Menka walks in hearing this and is furious. Sav hears abt it and rebukes them for it. Menka goes off on Sav and accuses her of putting up a false act of supporting her when all along Sav wanted Yuv to suffer in jail. Saras stands up for her mother and retorts back at Menka, but Menka challenges them that she will get Yuv out of prison no matter what.
Precap: At the court hearing, the judge asks Yuv if he has anything to say in his defense.
