Kaj fumes in anger and vows to punish Saras for disobeying her. Saras arrives at the police station. Inside Shitij in his cell thanking Jhanvi for what she is doing for the family. Jhanvi makes him promise not to say a word of this to anyone. She leaves from there but just misses Saras. At home, Kaj and Ras are in their room irritated and angry at what happened when Yuv comes there and tells Kaj that he has decided to give 25% of the property to Niy's child and asks if she approves. Kaj is further irritated hearing this but agrees w/ him reluctantly. After he leaves she explodes at all that happening one after the other. She tells Ras that she will not let anyone get anything from the property. Ras reminds her that she is not yet the owner of the property and must plan cleverly b4 making her next move.

At the police station, Saras is horrified to see Shitij hurt and realizes that the cops must've beaten him. He tells her to leave from there, and she leaves in tears. At home, Kaj comes to Yuv's room and fakes her concern for Niy's baby telling him that he made the right decision for it. When Yuv gets up to go talk to Niy abt it, Kaj suggests that she will talk to her abt it. Jhanvi comes back to the temple. The pundit finds her crying and comforts her. The ppl there wonder who she is and why her clothes are all torn. At the house, Kaj finds Niy alone and taunts her that Yuv and she have decided to give her a share of the property out of pity towards her. Niy retorts back that she doesn't want anything from them as she can provide for her kid and tells her that her child will have his mother's name and not his father's. Yuv listens to this from a distance and feels bad. Kaj is glad her plan worked.

At the temple the aarti is going on and the ppl around there are upset seeing Jhanvi there and they are further upset when the pundit tells them that she has nowhere to go and so he gave her shelter at the temple's ashram. They all begin yelling at the pundit for giving shelter to such a girl. They even accuse him of having some illicit relations w/ Jhanvi. They rebuke him when he tells Jhanvi to do the aarti. They all gang up against him and threaten to kill her themselves. They rush out to get some stones to throw at her. The pundit and she look on horrified!

Precap: Saras is abt to go out to get food for her baby, when Kaj stops her and tells her that no one is going to get any food today.
