Show starts with the recap where Devika throws the rakhi thalli away!
Update
Looking at the mess Utthra gives everyone her deathly stare. Amarnaat walks in and sees it all and is asks why the rakhis are on the ground. Kakul goes to it to pick up the mess, while Utthra starts the drama. She says that her Devika's (oh gag me!) heart has been broken once again by her own brothers. Amarnaat asks someone to go check on her before she does something stupid. Utthra says that instead of dying a little everyday it's better that she die once. Immediately however Utthra covers her mouth. In Devika's room she is thinking of all of her bad luck in the past. Kakul walks into her room and Devika asks why she's in her room. Kakul says that she had to check on her, as she cares for her. Kakul says that everything will be okay once again.
Devika says that she is not upset because of the reason kakul thinks, but instead is upset because her brothers stuck together while she was left all alone. She says that her brothers have always left her out, as that's the way life is: the boys stick together as the girl belongs to someone else. She says that even though that SHOULD be the way of life she doesn't even have that as no one has married her. (omgsh, i actually feel bad for her.! Wow. This is something else.) She says that now only her aarthi will leave this house. Samman and Sharad who had walked into the room tell her that that is not true and her saying that hurts them. Samman says that if she is mad at him, she should not punish Sharad for that. Devika says that she wanted to tie the rakhi on Sharad but he refursed. Samman tried to get her to tie the rakhi while Sharad tries to tease her and says that Devika will never listen to him as she was always like that since childhood.. they show the children's childhood where Devika is mad at the boys (omgsh! Yeh tho paaydiyashi problem hai! Devika bachpan she hi aaise hai.. childhood problem you see) and goes to her room. The other two girls come in and tell them that they will tie the rakhi but they want to wait for Devika first. As a way to maan-aao Devika they sing the song "phoolon ka taaron ka" (hahah.. i always make my brother sing that before i tie his raakhi.. it's the only time he'd be nice to me!! Hahahah!) They show that little Devika comes out and forgives her brothers.
In the current time Devika stops crying and tells them that that she'll tie their rakhi.. and Samman tells her not yet.. both Sharad and Samman carry her out of her room and say that her weight has not changed: she was heavy back then, and she is still heavy now. They bring her to the living room, and everyone gets happy seeing them out. Seeing her happy like this kakul thinks that everything is her fault as Devika has lost her happiness due to kakul. She thinks that she will bring Devika's happiness back.
In Sujeet's house, he tells a servant to wants to give him breakfast that he has never had breakfast before without Kakul tying his rakhi first. He thinks of last raksha-bandad when the two families (sujeet and bau-sehab's) were not on speaking terms and he thinks that he has given kakul many sorrows and he gets very happy seeing her so happy now. He says that happiness was her right, and if she would not have gotten her happiness, he would have gone up and creates a big problem for God.! =) hahah.. Sujeet's too funny.
BREAK
Bau-sehab comes down with Chiraag and wonders why kakul still has not come. He sees that Sujeet is upset and asks him what the problem is. Sujeet says that he remembered last rakhi when he refused kakul's love. Bau-sehab tries to console him and says that everyone makes mistakes and now everything is okay now. Bau-sehab says that history should teach people a lesson, and if it does not, then one must not dwell on their past. Bau-sehab asks Sujeet to call Kakul, but Sujeet says that he'd rather go to Kakul as she always comes to him, but as it is her first Rakhi at her in-laws, she should go over. Bau-sehab supports his thoughts and says that he should go over.
Devika is shown doing Samman's aarti, while the rest of the family looks on in happily. Devika then ties his rakhi and feeds him meetai. Samman gifts her jewellery, which Devika likes. She then asks Sharad to come so that she can tie the rakhi on him as well.
After she is done, Daadi asks Kakul when she will go to her maayka, as Sujeet might be waiting for her, just then Sujeet comes in and says that there is no need as he came himself.
BREAK
Kakul takes Chiraag's (who is sitting on Devika's lap.. grr.) aarti and then ties Sujeet'srakhi. When Sujeet gives her money Kakul refuses and Sujeet jokes as says that now that she is now in her sasural, she wants to set an impression by not taking his money. Kakul says that she wants something anmol, and Sujeet says that he will give her anything as he waits for her to ask him for something. He says that even if she asks for his life, he'll give it. Kakul says that he has said a big thing and wonders if he will keep his word.. just then Sujeet takes out his gun (haiii.. main fidaa.. he's wayyy too hot guys.) and everyone looks in horror (must watch utthra's face right now.. JOKESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS) and gives it to Kakul. Kakul says that she does not want his life, but wants him to forget his past and marry again with Devika. (omgsh.. all of a sudden Utthra's face changed.. i swear she's a chammilion).
