Mr. Maan Khurana was away from home on a business trip of five days.
So, they all started watching it! As soon as maan's face came on screen..they heard maansi mumbling in her baby language & then she claped her hands. All three ladies smiled at her.. While aaru kissed her saying, "see maani..papa" he pointed at the tv screen.
They all were lost in the beautiful memories of that day.. when they witnessed the cutest scene ever..
Maansi has crawled towards the tv & now she was standing near it.. helding the table for support. She tried to reach up.. But wasnt able to coz she was small. Aaru saw this & immediatly took her in his arms.. "aaru dhayan se shona.." geet said worriedly.
Aaru brought maansi close to the tv. Maansi first touched maan's face on the tv & then leaned forward and kissed it!
All the three ladies were speechless seeing maansi's that innocent gesture of Love for her father. She is so small..still she recognised her father in that video. Aaru too kissed maan's smiling face on the tv..saying.."we Love u papa.." & then kissed maansi's cheeks who clapped her hands.
"She is also missing bhai..dadima" ..annie said looking at maansi who was now kissing aaru's cheek..making them wet with her silva.
"bua, ab na.. adi chachu & yash chachu..papa ko upar uthayenge" ..aaru said excitedly when the "jaimala rasam" started. And when maan teased geet & she was struggling to put the mala on him.. Aaru too was teasing geet saying that his papa is the best & she cant win over him! And when everyone cheered for maan as he very effortlessly put the mala on geet... Here aaru also started dancing & jumping on his dads victory. He was continuesly teasing geet... "papa ka chamcha..bilkul apne papa pe gaya hai..!!" geet mumured & pouted looking at her son who is a total diwana of his papa! Annie, who heard geets cribing, thought of having some fun..
" are wah!! Aaru ko toh sab pata hai" ..annie said. Aaru smiled proudly. "per aaru, aap toh papa ki shaadi me the hi nahi???" ..annie paused looking at geet mischivously then continued.. "aaru ke papa ki shaadi me toh sab aaye the. Sare friends, relatives... Sirf aaru hi nahi tha! Aaru ke papa ne aaru ko shaadi me invite nahi kiya tha..??" ..annie completed with an innocent face while inwardly she was smirking naughtily thinking about the fuss aaru will be creating now... & poor geet will have to answer his questions!
That was not the reaction annie has expected. She was confused seeing a smiling geet instead of a glaring & irritated geet! And aaru's answer increased her confusion more. "nahi bua, papa ne mujhe "Specially" invite kiya tha.. Wo bhi sabse pehle..!" ..aaru answerd with a extra bright smile. "achha, toh fir.. Aaru shaadi me kyun nahi tha?" annie questioned further. "bua, main toh, soo raha tha na room me, isliye..i was not there in the marriage!" ..aaru said ever so cutely! Annie was really surprised with aaru's clamness. She had expected him to cry, shout & demand answer from geet..but here he was so clam!
"toh kya hua? Mumma-papa ne tumhe uthaya kyun nahi... See aaru ki ek bhi photo nahi unke sath?" annie was not ready to give up..she tried to provoked him.
"uff...bua, tab na main bahut chotu-sa baby tha, maani se bhi chota. Aur chote babies toh hamesha sote rahte hai..jaise pehle maani soti thi na..waise! Aur chote babies ko need me se uthate nahi hai..!" aaru said everything with quite a serious face.. for him it was a big crime to wake up small babies from their sweet sleep.. N thats coz his papa has told him so!
Annies face was worth watching! Geet who till now was trying to supress her laugh, hearing aaru's replies to annies question, ..couldnt hold back anymore & burst out laughing at annies plight. Annie pouted looking at geet accusingly...to which geet mouth only one word.. "MAAN"
and that was enough for annie to know that all the answers that aaru gave her, were actually from maan's smart brain. Her brother is really smart & expert in handling his kids. But she is also not any less then him.. Thinking that she smirked & looked at geet. Geet was alarmed seeing that smirk & naughty glint in her eyes. She raised her brows questioningly at her..to which annie just winked at her!
Hearing aaru's question..maan remember the day when aaru has asked the same question & alot more, after seeing that marriage video. Only he knew how he had managed to convince him & make him belive his lie! It was really tough. And some of the questions were embarrasing too..
Like when he had picked geet up in his arms as per the "reet" of khurana's..
Seeing that ..Aaru had asked..
"papa, mumma ko chot lagi thi?"
"nahi toh..kyun,??"
maan was confused with this question..
"toh fir apne mumma ko godi me kyun uthaya hai..? Mumma koi choti baby thodi hai..!" aaru had asked shocking him.
Maan wasnt prepared for this question..but he knew that aaru wont leave him without getting the answer.. So he told whatever came to his mind that time..
"wo shona..did u saw when me & ur mumma were going round-round..around that fire?"
aaru had nodded cutely...
"we did those rounds for many times na..isiliye apki mumma ko chakkar aare the..thats why..mujhe apki mumma ko godi me uthana pada..!" ..maan replied, hoping that he was making some sense.. And to his relief aaru got convinced with that answer.
Not only aaru but geet & annie also got confused hearing maan's answer.
Aaru made a cute frowning face..and maan smiled guessing his son's expression.
"toh fir, main kahan tha, papa..??" aaru asked cutely. Maan chuckled at his son's cuteness.. "shona..papa apne baby ko akela shod ke kaise jaayenge?"
a sweet smiled came on aaru's lips hearing his papa's words.
Maan continued..."i took u with me to naani's house.. Jahan pe mumma bhi thi. Uske baad, jab apko neend aagai..we made u sleep in our room at naani's house." ..till the time maan finished saying that, aaru's expressions were totally changed. He had a wide & bright smile plastered on his face listening to his papa. And as if on cue..a contended smile appeared on maan's face too!
"sachhiii.. papa..??" aaru asked happily. "muchhiii..shona.."...maan laughed.
Aaru immediately turned to annie..& said.. "dekha bua, my papa had invited me..per main chota-sa baby tha na, isliye i was sleeping in our room! ..yahan wala room nahi.. Jo naani ke ghar pe hamara room haina...wahan pe..!" aaru told everything so proudly, showing annie that his papa can never forget him!
Maan smiled hearing his champ's confidant & cheerful voice..which sooth him. And made a mental note to deal with annie, once he will be back.
Here geet also smiled seeing her son's attitude. While annie pouted at her nephew's arrogance & her bhai's smartness. "dono baap-bete ek jaise hai.. Mr. Attitude!"..annie thought, twisting her lips.
However, annie was not ready to accept her defeat! She smirk as she got another idea..
"acha..aaru toh soo raha tha. But what about.. gudiya?? Wo shaadi me kyun nahi thi?"..annie asked with an evil smile.
Geet just shook her head at annie unbelivingly...she was really impossible. While maan, who also heard annie's question...just cursed her little loudly.. "annie ki bachhi..i am going to kill u..just wait till tomorrow.."..maan threatened.
"han, han..thik hai.. Lekin pehle iss sawal ka jawaab toh do... Mr. Smartest..!!" annie said laughing.
But this time, aaru replied before maan could speak..
"uffo..bua, u are so stupid..!!" aaru said shocking everyone. But maan was happy..ya its not good manners to speak with ur elders...but he will talk about this with his champ later...coz right now...annie deserves it!
"what..??" annie shouted, gaping at him. "aaruuu.." ..geet warned him.
"han..bua, maani bhi tab choti-si baby thi na.. Toh she was also sleeping that time, mere jaise! Isliye.. She was also not there in the marriage.. Simple!!!" ..aaru said as a matter of fact.. and gave a sweet smile to her.
Maan burst out laughing..hearing aaru's logical answer. His champ is so smart..just like me..he thought proudly!

Geet could easily guess what will happen now.. Her son wont be easily monifed. She really wish now that maan was here..only he could handle aaru in these kind of situations. "aaru..shona.." ..geet started. But annie cut her instantlly... "hume kuch nahi pata baby. I was busy in preprations and ur mumma..she went to parlour to get ready..tumhe shod ke.. But maine, aaru ke papa ko bola tha..to invite..aaru."
..annie tried not laugh looking at geets shocked expression as she mention abt the parlour & about her leaving aaru alone.
"fir..papa ne mujhe invite nahi kiya tha?? Papa lied to me.."...aaru asked sadly.
"i dont know baby. Ask ur papa that why he lied to u.. & why he didnt invited u in his marriage..?" annie was jumping inwardly at the sucess of her plan. "ye lo..talk to papa.." ..annie forwarded the phone to aaru after dailing maan's number.

maan was busy in his files..when his cell phone rang. He checked the caller ID & took the call immediatly seeing "Home" flashing on the screen.
"Hello.." ..maan smiled brightly, excited to talk to his family. But next moment, his smiled vanished.. as he heard his champ's sad voice.
"papa.." aaru said in a complaing sad tone.
Maan got concerned hearing aaru's sad voice.. "aaru.. shona.. What happened baby??" maan asked getting really worried.
"papa..why i was not there in ur & mumma's marriage..?" ..aaru asked pouting his lips.

"annie bua said, she checked all rooms before leaving..and i was not there in our room!" aaru told exactly what annie told him.
Listening annie's name, maan was sure that it was one of her plans to irritate him. She loves to annoy him. "shona.." maan started.
"u lied to me na..papa. Apne aur mumma ne mujhe shaadi me invite nahi kiya tha na.." aaru was on the verge of crying now.
And Maan could sense that..with aaru's vioce. Maan was feeling so helpless as one thing that he cant bear is his cuties cries..he just hate it when these two cry. Frustated, he close his eyes..cursing annie..she was a real devil sometime..creating troubles for him..and for that she wont even leave his kids.
And sure enough, his devil lil sister was enjoying his plight & laughed hearing him cursing her as the phone was on speaker.
Maan was thinking how to console his champ..coz he knew that his son is so attached to him that he wont listen anyone else but him!
