Geet realized been a boss she will have to be strict and sometimes or most times dictate orders to her staff its not about them liking her and been happy
at the end of the day its about the best she can do in her position
Maan has made a decision and imposing that decision on Geet without even talking to her both should have spoke and then he too would have known what Geet feels
today Maan notices her tears he realizes also they have not spend time together but he surely has no idea what is actually disturbing her
Daadima too sees the tension between Maan and Geet and Geet tells Daadima all is well but Daadima also tells her its her right as a wife to demand from Maan
Geet wants to make Maan happy but this is a huge matter , having another child does not mean they will love Mia less and I think its upto Geet to discuss this with Maan otherwise she'll slowly go into some depression always knowing that she'll never have a child with the man she loves
