The fact that Geet pushed and wanted her confession as she knew Maan has feelings for her and when finally he confessed to her living in the moment both now happy yet he was uncertain as to what the furure holds for him as the world saw him as a criminal

he also wanted to hand himself over to the law but Sara told him Arjun had taken that punishment already and all he needs to do is hand himself over to Geet and that is exactly what he did giving himself entirely to Geet for life

Eplilogue

Maan and Geet married with their son while Sara and Rahul too got married and Nikil proposed Gia
