Our focus give us power , power understanding nd trust to move ahead with determination ,, Maan's focus had change nd now things became clear to him to move ahead in his life ,, now his focus was Geet , baby nd his family ,, keeping clear everything from his side he was slowly gaining back d trust of all ,, Geet's lil support made him more determined nd felt a zeal to face all odds .

That night was very relaxing for Maan ,, Geet count his family as her ,, he was deeply touched seeing that Geet gave importance to his family respect where as he put that on stake in d blindness of his so called love ,, he promised to himself to bear anything for d happiness of Geet.

He was caring nd helping Geet ,, Geet started opening up ,, d togetherness of both d families ,, Khuranas loving , caring nd respective nature clearing d murk between them ,, few facts related to Maan wr clear to Geet nd she was ready to compromise for d sake of her baby nd elders ,, she never taste d family bond so when she saw this possibility to get that bond for her nd her child , she broke those barrier who wr blocking d ways to allow Khurana family nd Maan to come close to her , but this was all for d baby not for her .

Maan had to join back his college from next mrng so Yash nd Reema came to hsptl with Kabir for Geet's help ,, Maan left for home nd then to college but he was worried for Geet lose ,, she was on med leave nd losing her lectures ,, at break Maan met one of Geet's classmate Bill who was in Geet's friends grp ,, maan asked his help ,, d guy knew about Geet's delivery so willingly got ready for her help .

Maan bought a recorder while going to his office nd next day gave that guy in d mrng nd collect that after classes ,, that guy talked to his prof nd he allowed him to record d lectures ,, when Maan went to meet Geet at night nd handed her d recorder to listen her every lecture , she was awed ,, his care for her study loss touched her deeply ,, she thanked him from d bottom of her heart .

Geet: thanku so much , it's really very helpful for me.

Maan: Geet u r forgetting what I had told u ..no sorry no thanku .

Geet: u r not bound to do this , but u think nd did a good job ,, I m thanking for ur smart efforts mr MK .

Maan : Geet if u really think that I did a good job then don't thank me , but in place of that consider me as ur friend , that'll be more precious for me .

Geet: for friendship we need trust on ppl.

Maan: u have many friends in college nd class , do u trust them all ?

Geet: they r unknown ppl nd we met here for a short time then left , but few r really trusted like Adi , Pinky , John nd Bill ,, they r very nice guys .

Maan sadly: cn't u count me as last one in this friend list ?

Geet faked a smile : u think nd took too much pain for me nd my study ,, it's really a big favour for me, so to reducing that burden from my shoulders i'll accept ur this wish , OK ,, friends Mr MK ( she forwarded her hand ).

Maan beamed nd held her hand with a wide smile , he saw their wedding ring in geet's finger nd something stirred in his heart , as well as he saw at his finger too ,, it was a surprising thing that he was also wearing d ring nd didn't think to remove it ,, it eased his heart .

Maan : Thanks a lot Geet , Kabir uncle says right that u r an angel ,, I know I don't deserve this favour but u full fill my wish, I always wanted to be a friend of u ,, ur indifference in college always hurt me, but u wr right at ur place .

Geet: Mr MK still u cn't change some realities ,, I m sure this friendship will give u more pain .

Maan confused: means ?

Geet smiled: just wait nd watch .

Maan's face fell ,, he didn't get why Geet said that, but for now he was happy that at least Geet wd talk to him friendly in home nd between family ,, he knew that there wr many things he won't get back in life ,, he destroyed them for ever .

Maan didn't get time in day to spent with Geet nd baby so he forcefully stayed at night in hsptl,, it was hectic for him , but he was adamant nd stayed to enjoy d closeness with his baby nd Geet.

Geet had to stay in hsptl for a week ,, two days went well ,, though Geet had covered her syllabus from Adi's notes but d recorded lectures wr a big help for her ,, that seems that she didn't miss her lectures.

It was a very peaceful moments for Geet nd Maan after dinner ,, their baby was sleeping after his feed ,, Geet was listening d recorded lectures bcoz she had to give recorder back to Maan for next day recording ,, Maan was also catching up with his study .

Sharp after 2 days Sam called Maan ,, Maan's expressions had changed at once seeing d id then he looked at Geet ,, it was really humiliating for him that his wife wd talk to his ex in his presence , didn't know what more had come to face , how Geet wd talk to Sam , How Sam wd react ?

Maan was lost in his thoughts nd didn't reply ,, d bell was ringing nd that cd disturb baby's sleep so Geet looked at Maan thinking why he was not responding d call ,, d phone started ringing again ,, Maan looked at his phone with pale face which was in his hand ,, Geet got something .
