Writers are allowed to take only 4 challenge at a time

Ha agar ek complete kar liya toh ek aur challenge le sakte ho but kisi time bhi 4 se jyada nhi hone chaiye

and u can't challenge the same writer again...

exception - if she reject your 1st challenge u can challenge her with another challenge
