Im shocked and confused. So Maan got married to some Ni before going to India for his engagement and had also planned to get divorced but then "pyaar" ho gaya and now the divorce is cancelled.
I really really want to trust Maan but strangely Im so confused with my own feelings now. The start of the update itself was so shocking that it made my heart race in fear. I dont know why it was so. Either you purposely wrote this update in such a way that readers starts mistrusting Maan or it is indeed the reality. Specially few parts you wrote to create suspect in readers mind were a girl's stole around Maan's neck, fresh stratches on his back which obviously takes one mind only in one direction.
Then the way he talked today about his engagement, sagaai hui and shaadi nahi to Ni assuring her about something. The pain in her eyes which was mentioned. The way he tried so hard to cheer Ni up. Then all his interactions with Vikas, where he said how he was forced to say yes or how his family misinterprete him on his "acchi hai" and got the roka done, the gifts he gave her were also forced by his mother, him delaying the engagement till the day of the engagement coming up with migraine excuse just before the engagement, him saying how irritating Geet's cousins were. And mostly importantly all his thoughts on Geet shocked and stunned me. Can a guy really act so well and fool his own family by getting engaged with Geet when he was already married?
Even if I consider that he dint like Geet and was not ready to marry her, how can he fool his own family whose real emotions were involved in this? He, the person who loved his family and kept them above all could really do this? Im confused if all those 21 parts are fake or this update and the Maan in this update is fake? Im confused if the Maan I have come to love, admire and adore so much was fake or the Maan whom I dint like at all in this update is fake?
This update explains why he said to Geet never trust a person blindly. But then why even pretend to give her that promise ring if the relationship means nothing, if the engagement means nothing, if his own family's real emotions means nothing and Geet who have come to love him so much means nothing.
Suddenly, Im remembered of him crying on Prem-Aditi's reception when he heard Geet's name being taken with Rohail, and Im seeing that very scene in a new light. I had always been confused and asked too that why he had cried that night. But today I can say it has something to do with his marriage with Ni. Either he was sad that he was faking it all with Geet, giving her dreams, when in real he was in love and married to Ni. Or he was sad at the fact that he is getting engaged to a girl whom he had come to love but still was hiding about his marriage from her.
Besides, what shocks me the most is how the hell he can put an act around his family, Geet's family and cousins and in front of Geet. I mean even if he was genuinely happy with his engagement to Geet how can he be so cool about the fact that he is married to Ni?
Also the fact that Sid and Aliya also knew about Maan being married to Ni and yet they do acted so well in front of the family. I must say Maan, Sid and Aliya deserve Oscars for their outstanding acting. They shouldnt be working in a constructions company but they should be all in bollywood.
Gosh, I really feel like pulling out my hairs or banging my head now. This update was just too much to handle and digest. Cos Im having like so so many questions running in my mind right now.
Cos of this new entry Vikas and his connnection with Maan n Geet had gone above my head. But then I calmed down and read the whole Vikas-Maan's conversation again to understand the interlink connection btw all this.
So Vikas is Geet and Nandini's cousin. He loved Piya and married her with his dad and mom's consent going against his nani who chose Sapna for him, who was already Amit's love interest. Wowww. Just look at that circle now. Cos of Geet's Dadi who happened to be Vikas's Nani's one stubborn wish, she has ruined her family. Geet and Nandini who were close to Vikas and loved him also blame Piya for the so called changes it brought in Vikas. So they too think that Vikas changed cos of Piya without actually knowing the whole story. Great. Such a weird confusion and misunderstanding.
I also got that Vikas got angry that none invited him on Geet's engagement nor informed him, but I wanna ask did Geet's parents and Geet and Nandini were invited at his marriage? I guess they were invited but dint attend. Cos if they had then they all would have met Maan a long before. Since Maan happened to attend Vikas's marriage.
Also new revelation was Sid and Aliya are friends from before as they both stayed in Dehli and met through Maan along with Maan and Vikas being childhood friends. Its Maan who introduced Vikas and Aliya and they were neighbors too. But keeping all that aside for a matter how can Vikas be so cool about Maan faking his engagement with his sister Geet? I understand he is angry at his family for not welcoming and treating Piya equally and comparing with Sapna but how can he be not angry at Maan for playing with his sisters feelings? I also understand that Vikas knows about Maan's secret which we readers are yet to know and maybe that is why he is cool but still if Maan is truly in love with Ni and was faking his engagement with Geet shouldnt Vikas feel angry at Maan at least for that?
Moreover what Maan said about Rohail and Aliya was also so shocking. What did he mean by entertainment? How can he play with his own brother feelings? He cant be so heartless. I so dont want to believe what I read in this update.
And the most irritating thing was Maan was so bloody cool throughout the update as if nothing happened. That made me confused like hell. He isnt guilty in fact he is mocking around being sarcastic.
But, but still after saying all that nonsense above in my comment, I have faith in Maan. I dont know why but I feel this update was just so confuse us and doubt Maan. And I must give it to you cos you are successful. You have managed to put a seed of doubt in my head yet Im keeping faith and trusting Maan. Cos I feel he cant cheat people, not his family at least. Though Im curious to know why he said that he cant see anyone pointing fingures at Ni? Why he wants his family to accept Ni?
Also I have to give it to you for writting this update so smartly that all of a sudden I did felt as if I have never known Maan. Which is his real self? The one who was in India with his family, friends, siblings and Geet. Or this Maan who is sarcastic, cunning, mocking people and their emotions? Making fun of them?
Strangely even Geet-Nandini's light hearted scenes couldnt make me divert myself or feel good about the update. They couldnt cheer me at all. All thanks to the new dhamakedaar twist.
I will say I liked the update for the new twist and turn it brought in the story as well I disliked it cos it made me doubt my most favorite character of this story, Maan.
Anyways, Im gone with my blabbering. Sameera do post next few updates pretty fast please. Cant take the suspense. Its killng.
