I can see that too...
you are welcome, waise maine kuchh kiya bhi nahi..you only figured it out how to make it work :)

For banner, you will need a higher resolution picture (at least 600 pixel * 300 pixel) width * height perspective..

Also, there is a team on IF, you can give them the individual pics (or links of individual pics) and they can make the banner for you..

(but forgot that thread -- it is somewhere in global threads / announcements)
