In the airplane
Geet was sitting by the windowseat, Maan in the middle and yash had the aisle seat. Yash was being wel Yash😆He flirted with the airhostes. Ufff he opening line was horrible she couldn't believe the airhostes laughed on that😲. His opening line went something like this: Baby you know your amazing and together we can be awesome, but I have to warn you I have a quik heart as in it changes the person who rents it really quikcly. But honey you can try to tame my wild heart and try to be it's owner forever, but when you heart breaks don't say I haven't warned you'' Geet's reaction please slap him miss Airhostes😆. But she smiled and their flirting started. Geet had it with Yash cheecky lines kya hain nah it's not healthy for her innocent mind to hear such lines😆she grabbed her iPod and turned on some Taylor music and forced Maan to listen to it to😆. They finally arrived to Boston Yash uncle and Aunty came to pick them up Maan and Yash would be stayin there and Geet would stay there only the weekend baaki din she would stay at the campus. Maan and Yash would be sharing a room while Geet would have her own room. At night Geet wasn't feeling sleepy so she turned on her lappy Maan just passed her room when he saw her light on he walked inside.
''You okay.''
''Haan Maan just jetlag.''
''Hmm.''
He came to her shoved her lappy away😲and put his head in her lap.
''Maan what are you doing.''
''Geet can't you see sleeping.''
''Have you lost it,.''
She tried shoving him away but then gave up and let him lay on her lap. She knew Maan wouldn't listen not ever since he knew of her illness before that he never acted like that knowing geet didn't like all this getting cozy before marriage. But now even she didn't have the heart to acteully tell him to leave knowing he was going through hell too. The dept of his love was getting clearer to her day by day. She was about to run her hand through his hair when they heard foothsteps. Maan sat up, just then yash entered the room.
''hey Geet you okay.''
Yash knew about Geet's illness.
''yeah I am fine wasn't sleepy that's all.''
''Ok.''
A sleeping Yash walked away to his room. Maan lay down on the bed. Geet's eyes widded.
""Maan be a good boy and got to your own room.''
''Geet I am sleepy don't annoy me.''
He took the duvet over his head. Geet pulled the duvet away.
''Maan go.''
''No, let me sleep.''
She pushed him a bit.
''Maaann.''
She whined.
''fine.''
He stood up and left to his room. The next day the way all three alone home his aunty and uncle had left to their work. Geet was in the kitchen eating and roaming arround on IF. When Yash walked in.
''Morning geet.''
''Morning Yash.''
Geet giggled as she was talking to one of her friends.
''Geet who are you talking to''
'' Some girls.''
Just then Maan walked in.
''Whom she has never seen, weird right.''
''You won't understand.''
''Do you know how they look.''
''Most of them yeah, why.''
''Are they cute.''
Maan laughed.
''And he starts.''
''Geet tell me.''
''Yes Yash they are but I am not giving you their ID nor showing you their pics.''
''Please it will be harmless internet flirting.''
''NO.''
''Maan tell her.''
''Geet by mistake don't give it to him.''
Yash puched Maan softly in the stomach. While Maan laughed and went to grab a apple.
''Thanks buddy.''
''Yash aren't you making enough girl life miserable atleast let them life in peace on internet.''
''For your kind information they feel Lucky to have dated me.''
'' Really since when has the deffination of Lucky changed into a misserable experience.''
''You know Maan there are times I really wished you would have dated a girl even for one day or drooled over someone, so I could get back at you by telling Geet.''
Geet shook her head.
''Oh shut up jerk have you forgotten the time when you have stolen my Phone and texted Geet I love you so much will you date me.''
''Huh I never got such a message.''
''Please I was just helping you, mr unthankfull.''
''That's because I came to your place the moment I knew the jerkhead had done it, and thank GOD you hadn't checked it yet so I took your Phone and deleted the message.''
''And I never knew.''
''See Geet what all he does behind your back going into your personal Phone and delteling messages.
''Yes as I didn't want my love story to end before it started.''
''It sometimes suprised me that you two are best friends.''
Geet said suddenly.
''Well Geet didn't you know opposite attracts.''
''Yash don't say such lines they will think we are gay.''
''Geet he is double crossing you with me.;;
Yash suddenly yelled Geet giggled soon joined by Maan and yash. Latter Maan, Yash and Geet went out and hell where ever this boy saw a girl he started flriting, and to every single girl he said the line he said to the airhostes damn that line got fit in Geet's head .
Monday arrived and Maan went to drop Geet to the campus.
''Please take care and don''t overload yourself with work. Call me if there is something no matter how late it is, okay.'''
''Maan I will be fine.''
''Just take care.''
''I will.''
Maan took her into a hug. After the hug she waved bye and went to her room. Geet was setteled in her room when her roomie just walked in.
''Hi Pari.''
''Hi Geet nice to meet you.''
The girls got long very quicly Geet liked her ways she was a sweet bubbly girl. Pari noticed Geet's arm.
''I hope you don't mind me asking but what's that on your arm.''
''I have skin cancer so that's why I have this red patch on my arm and at other places.
They started talking more and more Geet got really confy knowing she might never talk to pari again she felt comfy to tell her all her pain and share everything she went through she need it to let it out to someone who wouldn't be shattered to hear it that's why she decided to share it with pari instead with any of her friends knowing they would break apart. After saying everything that was in her heart she felt relieved.
''Have faith everything will turn arround, these things will change.''
She winked at her.Geet laughed.
''How did you know I was a swiftie.''
Pari pointed at her perfume collection on the table. Geet giggled.
''So a diehard swiftie huh.''
''Yeah.''
She just someone knocked at their door. pari stood up and opened the door.
''Yes how can I help you.''
''Hi I am Maan, I came for your roomie Geet.''
''OMG Geet is this hottie yours.''
Geet giggled while Maan's eyes wided.
''Maan you here.''
Maan walked inside ignoring Pari.
''yeah I talked to the dean and I can come here everyday to meet you.''
''Cause I am ill.''
''Yup, they understood my worry.''
''OMG your hot and caring, deathly combination.''
Maan looked at her shocked and then at Geet he couldn't believe she was laughing.
''Anyway Hottie I am going to get some food you two enjoy your privacy, Geet do you want something.''
''I got Geet and myself food.''
''Alright then see you latter hottie bye Geet.''
When she left.
''What's wrong with your roommate.''
''Nothing.''
Geet giggled.
''I don't get it when Sam only looked at me.''
''Correction drooled.''
''Right you got all jealous she is openly calling me hottie and your laughing.''
''Cause Sam loves you that makes me a bitt uncomfy well jealous and she is just simpy crazy and means no harm.''
''Well I find her weird.''
''maan she is a sweetheart the female yash version.''
''right I am just happy she is gone for a while.''
Geet laughed seeing a cute annoyed Maan. He looked adorable like that all annoyed😆. Anyway days passed and Geet worked really hard Pari noticed that she was working to long so when Maan came she started 😡
''Hottie I think Geet loves me a lot.''
''Hmm.''
''No I am serious that's why she is playing like that with her health so I will have you all to myself.''
''PARI.''
''Don't Pari me I am serious.''
''Geet are you neglecting your health again, why. Do you love seeing me hurt.''
Geet shook her head, those words hit her hard.
"'I just had to finish those assigments, I am just a bit tired I didn't neglect my health.''
''She worked all night long and that the the last three days.''
''Pariii.''
''Pari can we have some privacy.''
Pari nodded and left
''Thanks Geet for caring so much for me I thought I meant more then that to you, but apperently not.''
''maan.''
''No Geet today you will first listen to me. I really believed we shared a really deep relationship but seems I was wrong. I know why you studdied all night girl you have never been this driven it is because your trying to forget your pain, but instead of hurting yourself can't you share with me.Don't you trust me that much.''
''I didn't want to hurt you, by telling you my stupid fear.''
She said as tears made her way out of her eyes.
''And you think now I am not getting hurt.''
''Sorry.''
She said in a chocked voice. Maan took her into a hug.
''I promise I will never behave like that again.''
Maan made her sit.
''Tell me your fears Geet, open up to me sweetheart.''
Geet told him everything evry single thing she feared she couldn't say no to him today not after his emotional outburst. After their talk Maan told her she was looking weak he took her to the hospital they had allready received the reports that was done before they arrived in Boston. The doctors where really positive and said they could cure her with a simply operation. Sometimes you need just the right doctor geuss luck was finally at their side as they all learn the same but only a few know how to use what they learned at the right time. Maan discussed everything with the doc after that he called his parents who are (surgeouns) and discussed with them what the doc told him anyway again keeping a long story short Geet went for the operation maan was there on her side all the time when she came back to her consious her parents and Maan's parents had arrived.Everything seemed finally fine again😃. In Boston itself they fixed a wedding date😳.
Back to London
Geet had her check up their again. The report came out. After talking to the doc she hung up sat on her scooty and went to Maan's place. Maan had given her the spare keys of his place but she never used it she Always called before coming and rang the bell like a good girl for the first time she hand't told him she was coming neither did she rang the bell. She opened the door and walked inside. Maan had his headphone on and was making dinner he was singing with the song she smiled and hugged him from behind( this is the first time she took such a step) She felt Maan stiff and then calm down. He took his headphone off his head and grabbed Geet hand. She whispered in his ear.
''I love you.''
She confessed for the first time. Maan turned around and took her into a hug.
''Maan I am fully cured.''
''I knew you would.''
''Thank you for being there for me when I needed you the most.''
''I would be a mad guy Geet if I would let you go, as you mean way to much to me''
She seperated herself from him and went on her knees.
''Will you marry me?''
Maan smiled and also went on his knees. He hugged her tight and for the first time he cried, for the first time ever she saw him cry. He let all his fear pain out that he had botled inside for such a long time while taking care of his crazy Geet😉
They married on 26 March 2014😳
Thanks girls for letting me share my story it feels great to have let it out with the people I have known for longer then two years the serial Geet hasn't only gave me my fav love story but also some fab and amazing friends. Luv ya all🤗
