Prologue...

She was for him , but he denied her in an illusion . He forced her and she embraced death for his happiness . she was Selfless ,pure and mature. He was selfish , stained and immature. What would happen when his illusion disappeared and he would face the bitter truth .

The sorrow of losing what we love is nothing to the torment of having it present but denied us .

Note... This is a fiction inspired by some facts and incidents form our surroundings . Geet came back in her office but she was annoyed and feeling very low ,, who is she nd what she think herself ? Why she was talking about so many things ? What was this charity and compensation ? Rest of d day she was in a foul mood though she worked and tried to occupy her mind but Sashs's words wr hitting her.

At eve she got Maan's msg ** go home and msg me when u reached ** she came out from office and her car was waiting for her , she didn't want to sit in but helplessly sat in ,, Sasha's words pricked her and when d car was coming out from d gate Sasha and Tasha witnessed her * this thing fuelled Sasha's anger ,, this mare girl getting to much pampering from Khurana's.

Geet reached KV nd msg Maan ** reached ** Nakul gave her water ,,, she asked about Dadima and he replied that she had gone to attend d residential welfare asso. Meeting * he handed her coffee mg and she came out in d lawn ,, sat on d chair thinking on d whole discussion which she had with Sasha in office ** why everything is so difficult for me ? Why Babaji landed me in such situation ,, this job suited me but it is raising questions on my self respect * they wr forcing me to stay with them that's why i unwilling accepted this ,,, kya maine galat kiya ? Aaj mere pass koi essa nahi jisse mai ye puch saku ki jo maine kiya wo sahi hei ya galat ? mai kya karu ... ye log mujhe dur jaane nahi de rahe aur yahan rahane se bahot se sawal uth saktey hei .

She was lost in her thoughts when Maan came there after searching her in d room ,, her coffee remained untouched , her plastered leg was spreading down , other leg was folded and circled with her arms , placing her chin on her knee she was looking in dark * Maan sensed that something bothering her ,, he sat near her on d pool chair but she didn't realise his presence * he placed his hand on her shoulder uttering her name .. Geet * with a jerk she came in sense ,, looking at him she asked.

Geet: tum ,, tum kab aaye ?

Maan: jab tum apni prob mei khoi thi .

Geet: prob ,,, nahi essa kuch nahi hei ,, wo akele thi to yahan aa gai , Dadima bahar gai hein .

Maan: lekin ye thandi coffee to kaha rahi hei ki kuch to baat hei jo tumhe pareshan ker rahi hei Geet.

Geet looked at d mug and gave a sheepish smile ,, wo bhool gai .

Maan: Geet , kya baat hei ,, i know something bothering u ,, ye kaisi dosti hei tumhari jo apni prob share kerne nahi deti ,, ya mai ess layak nahi ki mujhse share ker sako ?

Geet: nahi Maan plzz essa matt socho , mai kisi se kya kahun jab mujhe hi kuch samajh nahi aa raha ?

Maan: essa kya hei jo tumhe pareshan ker raha hei ? Tum mujhe share ker sakti ho Geet .

Geet: agar baat tumse hi related ho tab ?she gave a painful look .

Maan: tab bhi ,, tum mujhe khuch bhi kaha sakti ho ,, accha ya bura jaisa tum mahasoos karo ,, i'll take everything happily.

Geet : kya tum bhi apne dil ki baat mujhse share ker sakte ho ? kya tum mujh per etna trust kerty ho ?

Maan: haan Geet ,,, he replied firmly.

Geet: mujhse related bhi ?

He shuddered and feared ,, why she was asking like this ?

Maan: haan Geet , lekin tum esse ku puch rahi ho ? kya meri kisi baat ne tumhe hurt kiya hei ?

Geet: Maan , tum mere liye etna sab kuch ku ker rahe ho ?

Maan: maine kya kiya hei ,, kuch bhi to nahi Geet ?

Geet: ye job ,, KV mei hi rahana ,, Ku ? I save u and ur client and u did a lot for that , means u bore all med expenses , but why this ?

Maan: kya mera aur tumhara rishta ess accident se hi hei ?

Geet: aur kya rishta hei humare beech jiske liye tum aur Dadima etna sab karo ?

Maan: tum janti ho , fir ku puch rahi ho ? Geet mai apni jaan bhi de du tab bhi us gunah ka bojh kam nahi hoga ,, meri ek galti ne tumhara sab kuch cheen liya .

Geet: mera to kuch tha hi nahi Maan ,, wo log mere hote to mujhe maartey nahi ,, lekin kya ye care aur job us gunah ki keemat hai , charity ?

Maan: Geet ,,,, plzz essa nahi hei ,,, he held her shoulders ,, tumhe essa ku laga ? Kisi ne tumse kuch kaha ? Charity ,, keemat ye sab kya hei ? jawab do Geet , kisine kuch kaha kya? Subaha tak sab theek tha to ab ye baaten ku ? bolo Geet.

Geet: nahi,, wo .. bas ..

Maan: bas Geet ,, no more .. ek baat yaad rakhna Geet ,, ehasaan tumne kiya hei hum per ,, sukun ki do saanse tumne di hei hume ,, es ghar mei khushiya tum laai ho aur ess sab ke liye mujhe khud ko bhi daav per lagana pada na to laga dunga ,,, ek baar tumhe khoker sab kuch kho diya ,ab nahi ,, mai ab tumhe kahi nahi jane dunga .

His grip on her shoulders was becoming stronger with his words * d determination in his words describing something else and his red painful eyes was showing d fire of repentance in which he was burning .
