She is Geet only, his mishty.. But the characters In the book look real to her.?

And it's all in her head..and she fell down the stairs.. And this bhoot and all are again a part of her imagination.

i mean who is geet now and mishty

first i thought maan was married to mishty who died and captured geet's body but this update made me confused as he said my geet..
