I just need a help to find a name of one of the stories.The story goes on like this.

Geet gets married to Aarav(not sur abt the name)first but he dies eventually.She also has a son,Prem.Next she gets married to Maan.And they fall in love.Presently in the story,she is carrying Maan's child but has complications in her pregnancy.So Maan is totally agianst this pregnancy.A heated conversation takes place between them and when Geet disagrees for abortion,Maan asks her to sign the divorce papers.

Could anyone help me by telling the name of this FF?
