Pata hain love mein revenge ki koi gunjayish nahi, lekin self-realization jaruri hain. N maan need that. I just lost my respect for him. N geet seems like she is not a human being of flesh n blood, how can she be so blind in love.

Pardon me.. am late to get in the game.. but I dont understand as well as like the fact that how selfish people have been to Geet... Dadimaa to begin with... she knew Geet loved Maan right from the beginning... why didnt she tell Maan then that look whose heart you are breaking, when they were both in college?? That time she allowed Maan to get married to Anisha, didnt bother that it was breaking someone's heart who she claimed as her daughter. When Anisha died thats when she remembered Geet? So everything for her grandson... did she forget that she is again hurting Geet by asking her to take care of Anisha and Maan's kids coz THEY needed her... what about Geet's needs? Did she try finding that out? I didnt see that ever, even she got them married so Geet could legally take care of Maan and kids.. I didnt see anything that told me Dadima was aware of Geet's needs.
Dear Maan,... calling yourself someone's best friend doesnt really make you one. You didnt ever treat her like one. He doesn't even know her. Sorry but I dont see how Maan can think he knows Geet. He doesnt know her.. didnt know her when both were in college, doesnt know her now either. Its all about him..always was, always is. Did he ever know what hurts her? The flashback of Geet meeting her father n her getting upset. Did he even get the whole matter ever, even ever tried to find out? They have been inseparable since childhood.. how difficult it is for a best friend who is on family terms with your mother, who also considers Maan to be like her son, to find out where your best friend is? I think he never tried enough coz he had Anisha. He can crack deals yes, but he didnt need her then coz he had found another confidante in Anisha so gave up I suppose or something(my opinion, the author and others can differ). And his forgetting about getting married to Geet... how on earth do you forget such a thing? I understand story demands it etc... but marriage.. it happened in full sanity.. you remember things about your office deals, and you forget about your marriage... Dude! There is no telling one fine morning you gonna forget your name then or forget your marriage again... he needs treatment. :) ** PS: this is about the character and not the author, Ms.Author you've done a fantastic job in showing the emotions and progressing the story.. am just not able to get over Maan's selfish ways...** And the reason why he left home for a month, had I been in Geet's place the legal papers would have been sent to him much sooner.. I dont see why would anyone take that kind of public denial to their relationship (Maan's quote to media about Geet being his best friend, seriously dude!! You go out with your partner atleast acknowledge that in public else it shows you arent even serious about her) and then their final encounter in gym where he physically pushed her from his sight... well even with a casual relationship, you don't physically push your partner the next time you see her.. you avoid, you hedge if you dont want to talk about the last time but to treat the other person like a trespasser... worst humiliation ever. No matter what, but my self respect and dignity would be hurt if I was in Geet's place... his reasons and contorted thoughts, everything accepted but the treatment he meted out to Geet was unpardonable. He regretted it, but why show it like you blame the other person for it, it takes two to tango as they say...!!
Am happy Jasmeet does care for her daughter and took her away. Am happy that Roops cares for her to take her away from a selfish person like Maan coz I cant understand why would a husband treat his wife like a piece of furniture and get away with it. There is no telling when Maan would repeat his behavior AGAIN. What was the difference between dadimaa wanting a legal unpaid nanny for her great-grandkids and an attendant for maan and getting Geet in her house where she was unwelcomed by the first relationship she had - she was in the house coz of Maan and Maan was treating her rude to even begin with, and a doormat Dadimaa could have bought for her house coz the house was getting dirty? I understand Geet in a certain way, but Dadimaa has been superselfish.. and Maan, well u forget your marriage, be a dou**ebag with your so-called best friend(even if you forgot abt the wife bit) and yet you perfectly remember like a normal adult all other facts of life and you run a company, I cant digest the these facts in same sentence.
All said and done, Maan needs to redeem himself badly. I want Geet to be unresponsive to Maan for once remembering the last time he treated her like a j**k. So he understands the extent of damage he has done to her dignity.
Geet... she has been shown as a person who has been used by one and all... Dadimaa and Maan as well as Anisha.. and she doesnt see it that way. I know when its matters of heart all your reasons are out of the window anyway. But her last encounter should be in a way deterrent to her being treated like a doormat by all the people in her life. Call me feminist but the least a woman deserves is acknowledgement by her partner of their marriage as well as their togetherness. otherwise, its no less than ...
Back to the last chapter, I wish to see a confrontation between Jasmeet and Maan. He needs someone to show a mirror to him. And who better than a mother. Jasmeet should be that mother who knows whats best for Geet at this moment. One more stupidity of maan towards geet would actually literally kill her or the baby. And I want the harsh reality to be told to Maan by Jasmeet. I also hope for a face-off between Aryan and Maan where Aryan finally shows Maan his place. Tells him about all he has seen Geet going through right since college times and then what right does Maan have to ask Geet to even come back to him. What Aryan did was great of him to let Geet go to Maan, but did Maan value even his and Geet's friendship, forget about marriage? Not in anyway I see it.
Great job once again. I hope I see a bit of cautious Geet in your future chapters. Dadimaa needs to realize her wrongdoings too - badly. I know all I have done is curse those two, but they have been unjust to geet all this while somehow.

am glad that u liked the track...and yes i have actually taken a note of all those things that u have mentioned earlier as well... well this is what my story is about!!!
geet is one person who has no boundaries to her love... but i also believe in the fact that " a beautiful mirror turns into a dangerous weapon when broken..."

yes...agreed maan never cared..but had not it been always that way!!! it was her who had taken care of him since childhood... and she had to go away from her mother just because of him..and he fell in love with anisha when geet was away..so he never got a chance to see geet in a different light!!!

marriage...well it should be one of the most cherished memory...for him marriage with geet was sumwht unaccpetable fact. he just merely signed the papers because dadima had forced him to... thats it. tht time he didnt have any emotional attachment with the word 'marriage' or anything for that matter! and he actually fell in love with geet as a person and not as a compulsion that she was his wife. so marriage thing slipped out of his mind...because it was just a temporary settlement for him.

and as for the parts i havnt replied...u'll get ur answers and querries justified in the upcuming updates because the story still has a long way to go!!!😳

thank God there is no misunderstanding because of divorce papers...atleast Maan know very well that Geet can't send him those papers...and ultimately Maan ke DIMAG KI BATTI JAL HI GAYI...usse yaad aa hi gaya that Geet is his legally wedded wife...

Maan is very disturb with the fact that Geet was engaged to someone before...oh so possessive and jealous haan...he didn't think that Geet was just engaged but he was married to another girl and then he has 2 daughters also from his earlier marriage...how much pain Geet must have felt with this fact...her pain is nothing only he is everything...he was happily married and if Anisha have not been dead then he must have been happy without Geet now also...in his own happiness he never tried to know how is Geet,where is she,how she is coping with her life... and now he is jealous that Geet was to be married to another person not him...means he was expecting Geet should destroy her life, wait for him until eternity...so selfish and MCP...

jasmeet and roops never ever interefred in geet's life whatsoever...
they never asked her to come back or do anything..they allowed geet to do whatever she pleased...
she wanted to marry maan..and they let her..she wanted to move to delhi...jasmeet let her... she wanted to stay back in KM..and even then jasmeet let her..
but being a mother..definitely jasmeet wouldn't like to see geet like that. sumtyms when things so severely wrong... elders have to step in.
yes they r not thinking about geet right now..but they are thinking about geet as well...
for jasmeet...geet did whtever she pleased and ended up where she is now... she would definitely want geet to have sum dignity and cum back..thats what was jasmeet's pov and roops' as well!

maan being MCP...i don't think so...he had always known her as his... so definitely ti was a shock for him knowing about aryan...and why should he regret about anisha when he had loved her in the first place??? there is no comparision between anisha and geet...both hold different positions in his life!!!
its just the amalgamation of past and present thats suffocating them
