She turned back n see Dev was standing behind her.. Filling a strange expression in eyes was looking her gravely. His look had something odd that she had to bowed down her lashes in reluctance.

Dev stepped nearer without removing his stare from her which she could feel without looking him and wanted to vanish in thin air then and there with this grievous gaze. "Where are you going Geet!''

"Maa.. wo Dadimaa.. hospital..'' She could utter few words somehow

"Do you know the way" He had come to her

She shook her head. "Come with me!'' He spoke while sitting in car and waited for her to come inside which Geet did not notice or was confused with his act. "Chalo Geet.. bro is alone there''

Maan 'name brought some realization in her confused mind. Without wasting a second she hopped inside. Whole way Geet did not say a word nor Dev but she knew, he had been staring her like always which she felt awkward. "Did he hear what Maan said?'' she was confused that did Dev know now who was she'' ... the whole occurrence appeared in her mind how everything twisted upside down and then Maan'.. Babaji please Maan ko thik rakhiyega'' . her thought came on halt when found car stooped before a building. She looked beside, found Dev was getting down of car she too followed. They were in hospital campus. Her heart was thudding faster in think of where is Maan. With every taking step was making her leg heavy, arduous. The environment of hospital, whimpering people, medicines smell everything was impacting worst on her. Her eyes were impatiently looking for Maan who was not in sight yet. They were on reception. "Savitri Devi..5^th floor.. room no 534'' Dev turned to go found Geet was not there. She had already rushed to lift and was impatiently searching for Maan reaching on floor. She did not want to spend a minute remained separated from him. She saw in room through glass window.. Dadi was unconscious covered in life saving wires, pipes.. She covered her mouth to stop coming out whimper, tried to open door but nurse stopped her going inside.

She started looking for Maan. He was not there inside or near the room. "Maan!!' she was worried, searched everywhere. She rushed in long corridor which would reach to a remote balcony area. She found him sitting on bench, bowing down his head covering face between both palms. Tears started coming out from her eyes seeing him like this. She stepped to him, sat next. She rested her hand on his shoulder whispered "Maan!!'' .. she could not have to wait for his reply he hugged her tight crying.. He did not spoke a word just was bringing out his stuck sorrow, grief in form of tears, was washing his heart with it. She took him in her arms, kept him in her embrace patting his hair his back soothed him. They did not need to converse did not need to define their condition in words. Their tears their silence was enough for it. They remained for few minutes like that, consoling each other when heard some footsteps were coming nearer. They straighten themselves. Geet looked his face her heart ached. She lifted her Dupatta wiped his face nodded no "No Maan.. '' She whispered. Maan felt nice after been comforted in her arms "I'm okay Geet' he replied and both stood up.

"Bro!!'' Dev rushed to Maan hugged him. Maan was stiffed, with no move, no effect of his hug. Dev felt his coldness he became worried, worried for himself. His mind started to make some plan fast so could get back Maans concern again. "I'm sorry bro!!!!'' he almost cried out but without tears. "Please mujhe maaf kar dijiye bro.. I did big mistake!! I did not realize shouldn't have said all those before Dadi.. She couldn't have tolerated.. I had forgotten!! I was stupid bro pagal tha jo wo sab kaha.. Please bro forgive me..Dadima ko thik kardijiye I need her.. please bro!!!!'' Now some tears started flowing down showing he was truly sadden. Maan already weaken heart melted seeing his younger sibling was shedding tears for his grieve mistake. He looked to Geet who nodded her head, saying "Maaf kar dijiye'' with her eyes. Maan lifted his hand and hugged Dev back like a elder, a guardian forgiving him, forgetting all appalling past. Geet was happy. She never could have tolerated that because of her any split come between both brothers, a happy family shatters. She was stood silent, watching Maan being so much gentle, noble. A heart full of proud appears in her heart feeling him so much sympathetic toward his family.

Maan eyes were turning to his Geet warmly like wanted to grab her whole solace from eyes itself. Her presence was making him less tensed. She was the strongest support for him he had realized when she had given her touch to him. For some time he had completely forgotten why he was there or had he had some reason to be there in hospital even till Dev not bring him back in reality.

"Bro how's Dadima?''

Maan face again turned back in grief. "She is still Dev under observation'' his voice trembled while speaking those words.

"Mai doctor se baat karke aata hu Bro''

"Hm'' Maan nodded

Dev turned to go when came back to Geet "By the way Geet, if I'm not wrong, you are the same girl for whom I had been kidnapped before bro!!!''

Precap : Geet could feel how rigid his hold was. She started to feel sensation, butterflies in her body with the closeness which he was decreasing with every rushing moment..
