Rahul is being a jerk but not out rightly. I personally find it more realistic that a girl like Geet who has a traumatic past, is new to working environment and has trust issues will find it very difficult to open up and share this incident with anybody. She will blame herself more and recede in a shell instead of confronting the issue. It may not be the right way and she will suffer because of this but my experience tells me that even brave girls get cold feet in these situations.

IT IS NOT EASY TO COMPLAIN ABOUT YOUR FELLOW WORKER TO ANYONE WITHOUT THERE BEING ANY MOVE

GIRLS IN WORK PLACES TEND TO JUST IGNORE THESE THINGS AS THEY DONT TOO MUCH ATTENTION ON THEM AND THEY DO NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE GOING TO A MALE BOSS ABOUT IT

AND GEET ALREADY HAS ISSUES AND SHE JUST SEES MAAN AS HER BOSS WHO HAS BEEN VERY HELPFUL

Vry nice part...

I agree to ur note in d strt.

Its nt easy to share any such incident or to complain abt it.

I persnlly went thru a vry disgusting experience wen i ws 15 yrs of age.Trust me even though i knw my parents trust me n lov me to d core bt still i didnt had courage to tell them abt it.Infact till today i havnt told abt it to anyone excpt one of my frnz.

It felt so much insulting n humiliating...
