Prologue

He sits on the chair with his one leg on the other and leans back comfortably. He looks at all the people of the house who were gawking at him with their mouths open!!

The Handa family was still under the shock that the great Maan Singh Khurana, the biggest business tycoon of the world is sitting under their roof!!!

They had just seen his pictures on the magazine covers or on tv, but they never dreamed even in their wildest dreams that some day they will see him face to face!!!

But they don't know that some things look beautiful just from a distance!!! Some things are better if they don't cross your life!!! The tiger is a very beautiful animal, if you see it in pictures; but it can rip you to pieces if came face to face!!!

There was a strange aura of power and authority around him that they knew was a by-product of his success.

Maan turned his face towards his side and the Handa family's eyes followed his eyes towards his back for the first time and saw a guy standing behind him and literally shivering out of fear.

"Adi!" one word from his mouth sent chills to everybody's spine. Nobody was able to put a finger on the reason for this fear that went through them, but now they knows why everybody fears Maan Singh Khurana. His very presence was intimidating!!!

Adi was shivering very badly as if he had a bad case of cold as Maan's attention was targeted on him now.

Adi puts a check book in front of Maan hoping in his deepest heart that his boss doesn't get angry at some thing because he knew that nothing is worse in the world than Maan's anger...not even death!!!

Adi isn't really aware for his boss's reason for this visit, but he has an intuition that it's bad!!! In fact, everything associated with his boss is bad!!! That person would be the most unlucky person in the world who would be foolish enough of coming into the bad books of Maan Singh Khurana!! In fact, that person would be the most unlucky one who will come in Maan's good books or bad books!!!

Even Maan Singh Khurana's friendship is no less than his enmity!!! Any person who comes under Maan's eyes, becomes unlucky by default!!! As they say that 'Kuch logo ki na dosti achchi aur na hi dushmani!'

Adi knows how bad it is to cross his boss's way!! He pitied the Handa family because he knows that if Maan Singh Khurana has himself come to their house, it gotta be something worse!!!!

Maan looks at the Handa family and throws a blank cheque towards them on the table.

The Handas looks at each other's face and then at the cheque confusedly. They are still clueless that what does Maan want after all!!

They couldn't understand what does they have that he wants?? Why is he giving them a blank cheque??

They knows that Maan Singh Khurana is so big and so busy that nobody even gets a chance to see his face!! So what does he wants from them that he has himself came to their house??!!!

They were intimidated by his persona to ask him any question but they were all very confused!!!

At last Brij picked up courage and asked him "What is this cheque for???"

Just then the house filled with melodious laughter and everybody's attention moved towards Geet who has just entered the house from the kitchen back door.

She was talking on the phone with her best friend Pinky...

An evil smirk came on Maan's lips as he got a glance of Geet from the living room door and he saw Geet going towards her room.

The Handas were still looking back towards Geet's direction when they heard him say "I want Geet!!"

Everybody looked towards him confusedly and couldn't understand the meaning of his words...

He smirked evilly and said "Just for one night!!"

Shock washed through everybody at his last words...

a REMINDER: its a DARK STORY

Part 1

There is darkness in the room... Nothing is really visible...

There is a ray of light coming from the crack in the door, but other than that there is no source of light in the room...

It is pitch black except for that ray that's coming from the narrow crack in the door..

The ray is falling directly on a chair in the room and a guy is tied on the chair...

The guy is maybe in his middle thirties and he is unconscious...

But he slowly moved from his position indicating that he's getting conscious...

He feels immense pain in his body...physical pain...

He slowly opened his eyes and tries to adjust to the new surroundings... But it is too dark for him to make out anything...

He tries to get up and realised that he is tied on the chair...

He tries to remember as how he came here and what is happening!!!

But he couldn't remember anything...

His intuition tells him that he should not be here!!!

He starts wriggling in the chair trying to free himself from the ropes, but the wounds on his body are making very hard for him to move...

And then he feels pain in his head and he feels the fluid flowing at the back of his neck... It doesn't take him much time to realise that he has a wound on his head too...

He tries calling to the dark room hoping that someone would come to his aid "Koi hai??!!! Is someone here!!!!????" he whimpers as he feels pain in his head from the wound!!

He again tries to wriggle in the chair when suddenly a soothing light is filled in the room!!!

He looks up to see the source of the light and the room...

He saw that someone has just opened the curtains and the soothing moonlight is coming into the room...

The person has back towards him and looking outside from the window so he couldn't see his face!!!

He calls instinctively "Who are you??? And how did I get here???" his eyes scan the room and continued "What place is th--"

His voice died within his throat as the person standing at the window said without looking at him "Shhh!!!" the voice sent chills to his spine and his stomach churned in fear!!!

There was a death-like dangerous element in his voice...

The stranger hasn't really said even a word to him, but the grave element that entangled around his voice was enough to make him shut up!!

The stranger looked towards him and his eyes widened in fear...

The stranger was almost 18-year old boy... His features still had the innocence of the teen years lingering on his face... His cheeks still had a little chubbiness of his young age... His long hair has combed back and tied into a little ponytail behind his back... His lips were still baby red with a perfect M shape... His big brown eyes were so beautiful and deep that any teenage girl would go gaga over him... All in all he was very handsome innocent-looking young boy in his late teen years!!!

But there is a saying that 'looks can be deceptive!!'

In spite of all his beautiful features and teenage innocence looks, there was something in him that was making him look dangerous!! And that was the anger and arrogance filled in his eyes!!! There was an aura of darkness surrounding him!!!

He was glaring at the guy tied in chair and at last he spoke...

But his voice did not held any innocence or kindness of his age... It held sadistic and merciless darkness in it...

"I'm giving you a last chance Mr. Mohinderlal Handa!! Sign those papers and I'll let you go!!!" The anger wasn't visible in his voice but that was just making it more scary.

Mohinderlal Handa is very scared from him but he tried persuading him... He can't sign these papers!!! That is his father's and grandfather's lifelong earnings...

"Please Maan!! I'm like your father!! Please... this hotel is the only means to my earnings... Please don't take this from me!!!" he begged him.

But his begging had no effect on Maan. He just smirked evilly and looked at him pitilessly.

"This hotel is not yours anymore Mr. Handa!! I have already taken over it!!! And you haven't been brought here to sign the hotel papers!!! These papers are not hotel papers!!!" he smirked and paused to let his words sink in him.

Mohinderlal couldn't believe his ears... His hotel!! The hotel that his grandfather has put the foundation with his own hands!!! The hotel that his father has brought to the position that it was now!!! The hotel that he has given all his life to!!!! The hotel for whose advancement he has worked in day and night!!! The hotel which was not just a building of brick and cement for him but like a blessing of his late father and grandfather!!! His hotel has been taken from him in a blink of an eye!!!!!!!

He looked at Maan angrily and said "You are lying!!! My hotel is still mine!!!! No body can take it from me!!!" he was yelling like a mad man while Maan just smirked at his condition. He was getting immense pleasure from Handa's condition!! The feeling of victory...more than that, the feeling of his opponent's defeat...was giving him immense satisfaction!!

Mohinderlal still couldn't believe that his hotel has been snatched from him but he somewhere in his mind he knew that everything is finished!!! There is nothing left anymore!!!

He was aware that when Maan Singh Khurana puts his eye on something, he gets it at any cost!!!

Maan has joined business just a year ago at the age of 17, and in just one year he has expanded his business so much that he has become the biggest businessman in the whole northern India!! He has taken over 100s of businesses... Whichever business he has put his eye on, has come under his name pretty soon!!!

But his hunger for power had just increased with time and it's still increasing!!!! His latest quest was Handa Hotel and he has took over the hotel too while putting the name of another business in the innumerable list of his quests!!!

His business sense was so strong that even people who were in business since years and years were unable to stand against him!!!

He was unstoppable!!! He took all and any means to attain what he wants!! He never thought twice before taking any evil means to reach his goals!!! He has no conscience in him!!! Most of the times people were shocked that how can a young boy can be so evil at such a young age??!! How can he have so much darkness in him???!!!

But he has never cared what people thought or said. He has always founded solace in his darkness. He has switched off his feelings a long time ago! The part of him that felt something...he has killed it a long time ago!!

Now he didn't care even if people begged at his feet, crying for mercy...he never showed mercy on anybody!!! In fact, he felt peace in other's suffering!!!

That was what he was feeling right now...happiness in this useless man's suffering!!!

He knew pretty soon the begging part is also coming! The part which he enjoyed the most!! When people begged at his feet and he mercilessly laughed at their condition!!!

But maybe Handa needed a bit of an evidence to come to his knees!!! Hmm...

His eyes moved towards the side and Mohinderlal followed his eyes and saw 2 guards standing behind him.

Maan looked at the guards meaningfully and the guards nodded and opened Mohinderlal.

As soon as Mohinderlal gets free, he tried to get up, when Maan threw another file towards him...

Mohinderlal picks up the file and as he looked into it, his whole world fell apart!! It was his hotel papers that was under Maan's name now!!! He felt like everything is finished!! His whole life is finished!!!

Maan was waiting for the begging part but it never came!!

Mohinderlal became numb with the shock!!! He was not feeling anymore!!!

He didn't really heard when Maan asked him to sign the other papers which were the papers to take back the police complaint which he has filed against Khurana Group of Industries few days ago... He didn't really know when he signed those papers... He didn't know when he walked out of his office... He didn't know when he reached downstairs... He didn't know when he reached the road...

He saw a sharp light that blinded him and then everything became dark...forever!!!!

An 11-year old young girl is sitting on the doorstep waiting for her father!!!

She is dressed up in a white frock and is waiting impatiently for her father.

Its her birthday and her Dad has promised her to get her a Barbie doll today.

She remembers that her dad has promised her that he won't be late today as she has specifically told him that she is not gonna cut the cake until he comes home!!

All her friends are waiting for her to cut the cake but she is being adamant of cutting the cake with her father!!

Her father has always been a father and mother to her. He has never let her realise the absence of her mother... She has never seen her mother's face, as her mother has died when she was just few months old, but her father has always given her the love of both father and mother to her!!! So how can she cut the cake without her mother and father??!!

She is still sitting at the doorstep waiting for her father when she heard "Geet!!"

"Ji Tayi ji??" she said with a smile.

"Come here!!" her tayi ji said.

She gets up instantly and goes inside with a smile on her face.

The smile was something that has never left her face. Even at such a young age, she has never let a frown comes on her face no matter how sad she is!!!

She goes inside and says sweetly "Ji Tayi ji!!"

"Geet, it's getting late!! We think you should cut the cake now!! Everybody is waiting!!!" tayi ji tried to explain to her.

She bends down her head and said with a smile "Ji tayi ji!" She has never learnt to disobey her elders!! She always does what others want!! She has always found happiness in other's happiness.

She was just about to cut the cake, when the phone rang and everything finished!!!

The news of her father's death broke her world apart!!! In a second, everything changed!!! In an instant, her childhood witnessed another huge loss of her parent!! In a moment, she had become an orphan!!!!

Part 2

7 years later

A ray of light enters the room from the window, and falls on her face...

Her eyes still closed in sleep but moves a little feeling the sensation of the sunlight...

Her face glows in sunlight and makes it look more beautiful...

She slowly opens her eyes and a beautiful smile spreads across her face... She had a beautiful dream last night...

A dream in which she was with her parents... A dream which she sees every night... A dream which she wishes was real... A dream which she knows can never be true...

But she has no complaints from life... She is happy... She is contented... She has a loving family who she knows love her... She has amazing friends... She has a nice part time job which she hopes on making her career after college...

She gets up from the bed and opens her window to welcome another beautiful day of her life!!

The warm wind touches her face sending a ticklish sensation in her!!! The sunrays fall on her face making her pearl white skin to glow into goldenish white...

She folds her hands in a silent morning prayer to Babaji for giving another beautiful day and praying for peace for everybody...

"Geet!!" she heard her tayi ji calling her.

"Aayi tayi ji!!" she said instantly and goes out.

As she reached out, Rupinder Kaur, her tayi ji, kissed her forehead and said "Happy Birthday Geet!!"

Geet smiles and remembers that it's her birthday.

She hugs rupinder and said "Thankyou Tayi ji!"

Rupinder said "Close your eyes Geet!"

Geet does as told and Rupinder puts on a chain with a pendant in her neck...

Geet opens her eyes and looks at the pendant and says "This is beautiful Tayi ji! Thank you!!"

Rupinder says proudly "This is not some ordinary pendant!" she opens the pendant and showed it to Geet "See?!"

In the pendant, there was a picture of Mohinder lal and Rano...

Geet's eyes gets moisten at seeing her parents picture and Rupinder said "Now they will always stay close to you...near to your heart!!"

Geet smiles weakly at Rupinder and hugs her...

Rupinder says knowingly "Bohat miss kar rahi thi na unhein??!!"

Geet wipes her tears and says with a smile "Miss to unhein kiya jaata hai na tayi ji, Jo humse door chale jaate hain!! Magar mere Maa aur Dad to hamesha mere paas hain!! Maine hamesha aap mein apni maa ko paya hai aur taya ji mein dad ko!! Haan kabhi kabhi unki yaad to zaroor aati hai! Lekin mujhe pata hai, ke woh jahaan kahin bhi honge, khush honge!! And I know they are watching over us all the time!!!"

Rupinder was looking at Geet unbelievably!! It was still a surprise for her that how can Geet remains so positive at such a young age... Geet was so innocent and pure-hearted, that Rupinder sometimes felt bad that God has snatched her parents from her at such a tender age, but Geet had never complained about it!!

After Mohinderlal's death, Rupinder and Sorinderlal has taken Geet under their shelter... They have brought up her like their own daughter! They have loved her like their own daughter, but she has given them much more love than has taken from them...

Geet was like an ocean of love... She has love for everybody in her heart... As much as she takes love from everybody, she returns that love by multiplying it into million folds...

There was no one in the world who would come into her contact and wouldn't fall in love with her!!! She was that sweet!!!

She has never complained about anything...

If any other person would've been at Geet's place, she would've hated this day of the year... Because this was the day 7 years ago when she has lost her father... But not Geet!! She is not the kind of girl, who would cry over her parents!! She always remembers them with a smile!!! Because she has always believed that her parents have gone to God's home...and they are happy over there...and our tears in this world just makes them sad in the other world!!

Yes she still misses him...but she believes that everything happens according to God's will!! And who is she to go against God or hold grudges against God!!!

Rupinder says to change the topic into something lighter "Chal jaldi se tayaar ho ja, warna college ke liye late ho jayegi!!"

Geet smiles and says rolling her eyes "What late tayi ji! There is still 3 hours for college!!"

Rupinder says sarcastically "Yeah yeah I know I know!! Par tere wo bachche bhi to tera intzaar kar rahe honge na?!"

"I know Tayi ji!" she said while tying her hair into a ponytail and starts going towards the washroom "I was just going!!"

When Geet was about to enter the washroom, Rupinder says "Geet, waise Kunal ka koi phone aaya?? When is he coming back??!!"

Geet makes a baby face and says disappointedly "Kahaan Tayi ji!! Us ullu ke patthe ne phone kahaan kiya hai 3 din se!! Aane do usse is baar! I'm gonna kill him!! Look at his guts!! He hasn't called me even today!!" she said pouting adorably and enters the washroom..

Rupinder hides her smile as she perfectly knows why hasn't he called her!! She knows that he's planning a surprise for Geet...a big surprise!!

Geet comes out wearing a pink suit and hurriedly brushes her hair and leaves them open on a side...

She looks at the time and she knows she has plenty of time...

She goes into the kitchen and eats her breakfast...

Rupinder says "Geet, come home early today!! Actually Brij is also coming today!!"

Geet gets excited and says "What??!! Brij veerji is coming today???" she hugs her and says "Oh tayi ji! This is the best birthday ever!!!"

And she gets up in a rush and says in a hurry "Ok Tayi ji!!! Now I have to rush!! See you in the evening!! Bye! Love you!!" and she kissed on her cheek and leaves...

As she steps out of the door, she opens her locket with a smile and says while looking up into the sky "Love you Mom! Love you Dad!!"

This was her everyday routine! She always sends love to her parents before stepping out of the house!!

She goes to the orphanage then... It was her another routine... She goes to the orphanage everyday before going to college and spends time with the kids...

She tells them stories...plays games with them...do all masti with them...

Kids loved her (who wouldn't?!)... And for her, these kids were an important part of her life!!

As she enters the orphanage, the kids gets around her and pleads her to tell them a story...

Geet smiles and starts her story about a princess and her prince charming!! It was a normal story in which a princess falls in love with her prince charming and after fighting with all the evils, they finally gets married and lived happily ever after!!!

In Geet's dreamland, that princess was Geet and she wished that someday, her prince charming will come on a white horse and takes her with him to the land of stars, where there will be just love and happiness everywhere...

She lives every day in her dreamland...

She looks at the world with just goodness and believed that's how the world is...full of goodness, hope, love, light...

'Every girl wishes
for a fairytale scene
Of happily ever after
And the man of her dreams
Her knight riding in
Upon his mighty steed
To rescue his lady love
Whenever she is in need
A kiss from her prince
To awaken her from her sleep
Giving her heart completely
Forever for him to keep
Someone to stand beside her
No matter what life would bring
Her shelter in a storm
A rock for her to cling
But most never have
their wishes come true
Because reality is no dreamland
Instead of prince charming
A monster is waiting for you!'

Alas! She doesn't know that not all princesses gets their prince charmings!!! She doesn't know that prince charmings just exist in the fairytales!! They have nothing to do with the real world!!! She doesn't know that the real world is not her dreamland!! And the real world is not just about goodness!!! There are people in this world who are evil, execrable and vicious beyond her imagination...who are evil than monsters... who would not think even once before turning her world upside down!!! She doesn't know that she is the princess whose destiny has a demon in store for her!!!

6 black BMWs come on a halt someplace in Delhi...

From the 5 cars, 10 men dressed in black come out quickly and opens the door of the 6th car remaining...

A man in his middle twenties comes out of that car... He is enough handsome to make any girl go gaga over him if he gives them just a look!! As a matter of fact, they would still go gaga over him even if he doesn't give them a glance!! But there's a saying that evil is always charming in appearance!!! Yes, there is an aura of darkness around him!!! Anybody could feel the evil vibes coming out of him!!!

He has his hair combed back into a small ponytail... His jaw tightened in an evil sneer... He fixes his Versace glasses, and swiftly starts moving towards the building with all 10 men walking behind him...

He walks swiftly like a leopard... As he entered the office, a strange kind of fear ran through every person in the office... Their hands started shaking in fear as if they have seen a ghost as they saw him entering in the office...

But he didn't paid any attention to their condition and kept on walking towards his cabin when...

A file from one middle-aged employee slips from his hands in fear and fell on the ground...

He stops in his steps and everybody looks towards him with panic on their faces while holding their breaths in fear... They felt pity for Mr. Sharma who has dropped the file and probably has to face his wrath!!! 'God save Mr. Sharma!!' was the only thought that crossed everybody's mind...

They didn't know when or what might make their boss angry??!! His anger was so unpredictable!!!! But they know that none of them has the capacity of facing Maan Singh Khurana's wrath!!!

Maan looks towards Mr. Sharma glaring at him while Mr. Sharma was trembling from head to toe in fear...

Maan takes a dangerous step towards him and Mr. Sharma stutters "I-I-I-I-I'm s-s-s-sorry s-s-s-sir!!!"

But Mr. Sharma knew that he is already doomed because everybody knows that Maan Singh Khurana never forgives!! No matter how small the mistake is, his punishment is always king-sized!!! Maan Singh Khurana never does anything small...not even the punishment!!!

Maan looks at the file that has fallen down with his eyebrows picked up evilly and looked back, or rather the word is glared back at him and said with an evil smirk

"I think you are not feeling well Mr. Sharma!" his voice did not held any anger, which gave a hope to Mr. Sharma that probably he's in a good mood, and he might... just might... overlook it!! But who would tell him that he's hoping for impossible!!

Maan continued "So maybe you should take a leave!! How about a life-long leave??" he said with an evil smirk.

Maan said loudly while still looking at Mr. Sharma "Adi!! Give him his termination letter!!"

Mr. Sharma's eyes widens in fear as he knew that this would be just the beginning of his doom. Anybody who gets fired from Khurana Industries, never gets a job anywhere else!!

That's a price that Maan Singh Khurana takes from those who dares to make him angry!! Everybody knows that he make sure that once who gets fired from Khurana Industries, gets a job nowhere!! For him, there's no fun in just firing someone!! The real fun starts when a person has no grains to eat and no money to meet his needs... That's what Maan Singh Khurana enjoys the most!!!

Maan was about to go into his cabin when Mr. Sharma held onto his feet and begs while crying "I'm sorry sir! I'm very very sorry!!!"

But Maan just smirks evilly and frees his leg from him in a jerk and goes into his cabin!!!

He enters his cabin and gets into his work...

After some time, he looks at the time...

He has a meeting scheduled in half an hour... Another take over on his way!!!

He is already the biggest business tycoon but his hunger for power is still not satiated!!!

People call him merciless take-over king!!! That was because he was never easy while taking over other's businesses!! He just don't simply take-over other's means of earnings, he do it in a cruel way!!! He loves seeing them breaking at his feet!!!

But inspite of having everything in his life, inspite of having control over so much power, inspite of being the crownless king of the world, he was not at peace!!! There was no real challenge in his life!!! Whatever he puts his finger on, becomes his without much effort on his part (not that he minds it)!!! But still somewhere deep inside he wished that someone gives him a real fight!!! Someone stands up to him...so that when he shatters that one, he could feel that sensation of real victory that he once felt at the age of 17-18!!! He wants someone to stand up to him, so that he can break them more brutally!!! But alas! The world has already capitulated in front of him!!!!

He gets up and gets ready for his meeting...

Maan's car is standing at the red light and he is working on his laptop...

When suddenly a little beggar kid knocks at his window... Before he could say anything, his driver shoos away the beggar kid...

Maan was about to look back into his laptop, when his eyes fell on something and it felt like the world stopped!!!

He saw a girl in her late teens playing blindfold with a bunch of kids...

She is wearing a baby pink colour suit and has a blindfold on her eyes... Her silky black hair was flowing in the wind... Her cute little nose was visible at the bottom of the blindfold... And she has a pink lip-gloss on her luscious lips that were decorated with a beautiful smile... The kids were touching her from here and there making her run towards the touch to catch them...

Maan was watching the girl while lost in a trance...

There was definitely something different in the girl!! It wasn't like Maan hasn't seen a more prettier girl than her or she was out of this world, but she had a different kind of aura around her!! There was a different innocence in her smile that was on her lips...Maan suddenly had a huge urge of tasting those lips... He wanted to taste the flavour of her lip-gloss...

His eyes travelled down on her body... She wasn't wearing any revealing clothes...it was just a simple suit but the colour was making her milky white skin to glow more... His eyes stopped on the neck-line of her suit... He could see the beginning of the deep valley and he craved to see her more...to see how it looks behind those clothes...to feel her under his mouth...

And then the girl catches one kid and takes off her blindfold...

And he saw her full face for the first time!!!

If he has thought even for a second, that she isn't that pretty, then he realised now how wrong he was!!! She was truly very 'very' pretty!!! And most beautiful were her eyes...those deep hazel brown eyes that smiled from under those beautiful butterfly eyelashes...

He gulps down his saliva and realised how dry his throat has become by mere looking at the girl!!!

He was already getting hard by just looking at her...

He takes out his phone and dials a number...

Geet, who was playing with the orphan kids, was oblivious to the fact that the world's most dangerous, most powerful, and most vicious man has just laid his eyes on her!!!!!

Part 3

He pulled her towards him with a jerk and wraps his one arm around her waist.

She gasps at the sudden movement!! Fear and shock flooded on her face!!!

He looks at her eyes intensely...eyes that hasn't let him sleep for hell knows how long!!! Those beautiful hazel eyes that has robbed him of his sleep by just mere existing in this world!! Those beautiful eyes that were looking at him with horror right now!!! Those beautiful eyes that will just look at him from now onwards!!! Those beautiful eyes that will belong to him forever now!!!

His eyes travelled onto her lips...those luscious rose-petal lips...that were trembling with fear!!! His throat became dry by just looking at them... Oh how much he has craved to taste those lips!!!

His hand reached onto her lips... As he was about to touch her lips, she comes out of the shock and realised what he was about to do!!! She instinctively tries to get out of his hold...but his arm was still securely wrapped around her waist making it impossible for her to move back even an inch!!!

He leans towards her to taste those lips that were tempting him since so long...

She looked towards the side not letting him kiss her...

He gets more angry instantly by her little act!!! He puts all his weight on her making her yelp in pain...

He holds her face from her cheeks with one hand and make her face him forcefully...

He said angrily in a deep voice "Look at me!! There is no escape from here!! Tonight you have to be mine!!! And I won't mind making you mine forcefully either!!! So you better stop fighting if you don't want to hurt yourself!!!"

She looked at him in horror with tear-filled eyes!!

He bends onto her kisses away the tears from her cheeks... His mouth trailed from her cheeks towards her lips without leaving her skin and took her lips into his...

But as their lips met, it felt like a demon gets awaken in him!!!

He kissed her hungrily...nibbling and sucking her lips...

He puts his hand on the bed on both sides of her face to balance his body weight on his hands while pushing his mouth into hers asking for access into her mouth...

But she was like numb with shock and horror and did not opened her mouth...

He licks the edge of her lips seductively trying to make her loose her senses and obey to his demand!!!

He gets up a little from her to put his body weight on his knees as he rested his knees on both side of her legs...therefore freeing his body weight off of his hands...but did not stopped kissing her...

His hands moved onto her body seductively stroking her curves...

But she still didn't opened her mouth and that made him angry!! He bit her lips harshly and started kissing her aggressively and his hands also became aggressive on her body!!!

He again put his full body weight on her while pushing his hardness on her feminine part from top of her dress...

He squeezed her breasts from the top of her dress...

She gasped in pain in front of his aggressiveness and he took that opportunity to deepen the kiss... His tongue explored her mouth declaring his right on her!!!

She was getting light-headed from the lack of the oxygen, so she did not have energy in her to fight him more...

The door knocked!!!

He opens his eyes irritatingly wishing in his heart that god gives strength to whoever is at the door to face his anger for disturbing him!!

He looks around and realises that he is in his office!!!

He blinked few times to realise what's happening!!!

He looks around frowning in confusion and she was nowhere over there!!!

And the realisation hits him that he might have imagined everything!!

He thinks that was he sleeping in his office??!!! Or was it a day-dream???!! Or was he just hallucinating her??!!!!

Whatever it was, he'll make sure that it becomes reality!!!! And that too pretty soon!!!

He remembers how her luscious lips tasted in his dream and a smirk came on his lips!!!

The door knocked again...

He said irritatingly "What??!!"

His irritating voice sents shivers to Adi's spine who was standing outside his cabin for permission to enter!! He curses his fate that 'why always him??!!'. He gulps down his saliva loudly in fear and opens the door slowly.

Adi says stuttering "M-M-May I c-c-c-come in s-s-s-sir??!!"

Maan gave him a dangerous look and Adi could tell that he has come in his cabin at the wrong time...but it was important!!!

So Adi goes inside wishing deep in his heart that god saves him!!!

Adi says "S-S-Sir, you s-s-signed on the wrong f-f-f-file!!" and he puts the file on the table in front of Maan.

Adi has sent one of their important project file to him in the morning to get his signatures as this was the last day for quotations, but Maan has sent back some other file to Adi after signing it!!

Adi has been very shocked to see that Maan Singh Khurana has made a mistake!!!! The unthinkable has just happened!!! Adi has been lucky or unlucky, he doesn't know yet, to witness something thats impossible. ... Maan Singh Khurana's mistake!!!

Maan looks at the file in front of him. He was shocked that how did he made such a mistake!!

And then he realises it's all because of that girl!!! The moment she has crossed his life, everything has turned upside down!! For the first time in history, Maan Singh Khurana had made a mistake!!!

Her beautiful eyes haven't left his thoughts even for a second!! And while in her thoughts, he hasn't checked what file he was signing!!

Her eyes, her lips, her smile, her body, her thoughts...everything about her was bothering him!

And what bothers Maan Singh Khurana, needs to be fixed!!!

He didn't reply to Adi and just gave him a look!! Adi knew that this was his cue to get out...that is if he loves his life!!

Adi was about to go out after apologising to him, when he heard him say in his deep voice "Adi!"

Adi looks back at him and as usual, his expressions was unreadable! Adi held his breath thinking that this is the end of his life!! He was shivering from head to toe thinking that Maan is gonna punish him for either disturbing him or pointing out his mistake to him...

Adi said trembling "Y-Y-Yes s-s-sir??!!"

"Call the xyz detective agency and tell them that I want that file in the next half an hour if they don't want me to wipe off their names from this world!!" he said dangerously.

Adi looked at him in confusion and in the split second of confusion, he made the mistake of asking him "Which file sir??" but as soon as the words escaped his mouth, he regretted it.

Maan just gave him an angry glare that told him to shut up and that he is crossing his limits. He said instantly "I'm s-s-so s-s-s-sorry s-s-sir!!!"

Adi almost ran out before Maan would make it impossible for him to walk let alone run for the rest of his life!! He wants to put as much distance between him and his boss as possible!!!

Maan leans back on his chair comfortably and said to the empty cabin "Beware gorgeous, just half an hour and then nobody could stop Maan Singh Khurana to get to you!!! Very soon you will be on my bed...and I will fulfill all my desires that you have aroused in me by mere existing in this world!! Whoever you are, wherever you are, I will make you mine!!! And that's a promise! Maan Singh Khurana's promise!!"

After half an hour, he opens the file kept in front of him. He smirked evilly as he looked at the file and said "Geet Handa!!!"

Geet looks at her BFF Pinky who was standing with her back towards Geet while pouting angrily.

Geet tried sweetly "Pinky..."

Pinky makes an angry face and said "Geet, don't talk to me!!"

Geet said flabbargastedly "Oh come on Pinky! Now stop being a kid yaar!! You know this is important!!"

Geet has been trying to pacify Pinky from last half an hour but Pinky's anger was nowhere near getting cooled down!!

Pinky said angrily "Of course Geet!! I know everything is important in your life other than me right??!! And why are you still talking to me??!! Haven't I asked you not to talk to me??!!"

Geet rolls her eyes and hugs Pinky from behind and said "Oh come on my drama queen!! I said I'm sorry!!" Geet makes a baby face and said "Its my birthday Pinky!!"

Pinky looks back at Geet glaring and Geet knew it was the wrong set of words!!

Pinky said angrily "Exactly Geet!! It's your 'birthday'!!! And instead of celebrating it with your friends, you took the work to do on today!! Tell me something Geet, were you the only person in the class that you had to go forward and take the responsibility of taking some loser's interview for the college magazine??!! And that too on your birthday!!!!"

"Oh come on Pinky!! You know it's not gonna take much time!!! We have the whole day to celebrate and that interview is gonna take most probably just half an hour!! And you know why I took this job!! Because Aditi can't go because of her accident!!"

But Pinky still didn't looked at her and made a face!! She couldn't believe that why her best friend is so nice that she thinks about everybody else even if that meant that she is ruining her own birthday??!!

Geet didn't know what to say more!! She knew Pinky was mad at her for her happiness!! She wanted her to enjoy her birthday to the fullest!! And that's why she was angry when Geet has initiated to take an interview of a business tycoon for the business column of their college magazine! Actually, one of her friend was supposed to take that interview, but because she has met with an accident some time ago, so Geet has come forward to help for her friend and college's sake!!

When Geet saw that Pinky is not cooling down, she knew she has only one way left!!

She smiled and said to Pinky in a mischievous tone "And for the record Pinky, I'm not gonna interview some loser!!"

Pinky didn't look back at her but Geet could see a little flicker in her expressions and she said smiling "Won't you ask me who I'm going to interview??" she asked picking up her eyebrows at Pinky making her curiosity arose!!!

Pinky peeks towards her and asks curiously "Who??"

Geet smiles seeing that at last Pinky is cooling down "Wohi...jiske sapno mein tu din raat khoyi rehti hai!!"

Now Pinky's curiosity was at a height!!!

Her eyes brightens up and she said "Geet mere sapno ke rajkumar ki list to bohat lambi hai!! Tu kiski baat kar rahi hai??" and then says suddenly "OMG!! No ways!! You mean you are going to meet Shahrukh Khan??!!!"

Geet's smile turns into a frown at SRK's name and said "Huh?? You mean you have Shah Rukh Khan's name on top of your list of dream man's??!!" she asks unbelievably...

Pinky rolls her eyes and says "Oh come on! As if you have never dreamed about him after watching DDLJ or Kuch Kuch Hota Hai!!!!"

Geet shakes her head unbelievably and says mischievously "Pinky, kabhi to dimaag ka istemaal kar liya kar!! I'm going to interview a business tycoon, not some film star!! And for your kind information, this one is bachelor!!!"

The spark that came on Pinky's face was enough to tell Geet that she understood now right.

Pinky said unbelievably "Holy shitt!! No way!!!!"

Geet smiles and said "Yes way!!!"

Geet knew her best friend has always crushed on him, or should the word lusted be better suited...since they were in grade 8...!!!?? She still remembered how she used to bore her with her continuous talks about him!!!

Pinky was in shock!!! She said "You mean... You are going to meet... You mean... WOW!!!"

Geet was just happy that Pinky wasn't mad at her anymore!!!

And before Pinky could say any further, Geet found someone closing her eyes with his hands...

Geet touched the hand to feel who is it...and suddenly she realised who is it and a beautiful smile came on her lips!!

She said happily "Kunal!!!"

He picks up the hand from her eyes and let her see him...

Geet screamed and jumped in joy and said "OMG! I can't believe you are here!!!" and she hugged him tightly.

Kunal hugged her back stroking her hair gently.

Geet said while still hugging him "I missed you so much Kunal!!"

Kunal kissed on her hair near to her ear and said "I missed you too girlfriend!!"

After some seconds, Geet broke the hug and the happiness of seeing Kunal after 2 months replaces by the anger that he hasn't called her from last 3 days!!

She punched him faking anger and said "Missed me my foot!! That's why you haven't called me from last 3 days right??!!" she said narrowing her eyes..

Kunal holds his ears and said with a baby face "I'm sorry girlfriend!!"

Geet looks away trying to control her smile and said "Sorry boyfriend, but this time only sorry's not gonna work!!" she said mischievously.

He wraps her arms around her waist from behind and said in her ear "Then what's gonna work girlfriend?"

Geet moves in his embrace and looks at him mischievously and said "Hmm! Well how about you think what should be your punishment!!"

He frowns at her condition and said "How about I say you look very beautiful!!" he said faking a flirty voice.

Geet smiles and says mischievously "You're forgiven!!!"

He smiles at her and she hugs him...

He knows she can never stay mad at him for long!!!

"So birthday queen, what's the plan for today??" he asks her a little dramatically after some time.

Geet said tauntingly "Well to begin with, I'm still waiting for the birthday wishes from my boyfriend!!"

Kunal broke the hug and said bowing in front of her dramatically "Happy Birthday your highness!!!"

Geet frowns and said pouting adorably "Where's my birthday gift??"

He said in the same tone like Geet's "Where's my birthday party??"

Geet rolls her eyes on him and says "You're such a foodie!!! Bhukkar kahin ka!!"

Kunal mimicks Dilip Kumar and said "Na Paro na!!! Don't look how big is my stomach, look how big is my heart!!! That just loves you!!!"

Geet controls her smile and said dramatically "Magar devdas, your Paro is in love with some one else now!!" she said teasingly.

Kunal said still mimicking Dilip Kumar "Nahiii!! Paro tum kissi aur ki nahi ho sakti!! Tum sirf devdas ki ho!!" and suddenly he goes into Mughal-e-azam style "Koun hai wo gustaakh, jisne hamari Anarkali ko humse chheen-ne ki himmat ki hai?? Hum uska sar dhar se alag kar denge!!" [No!!! Paro you can't b of sm1 else's!! U r just devdas's!!... Who is that audacious that have snatched my anarkali from me??I will behead him!!]

Geet puts a hand on her cheeks and said dramatically "Nahin saheb-e-alam!! Don't say anything to him!! Galti sara-sar is kaneez ki thi!!" [it was all my fault]

Kunal comes out of the dramatics mode and said seriously "Geet, who is he??"

Geet squeezes his cheek adorably and says "Ohhh my jealous boyfriend!! I was just joking!!!"

Kunal takes a sigh and said faking cool "I knew you were joking!! Who will dare to look at Kunal's girlfriend??!!" he said proudly.

Geet picks up her eyebrows and said "Oh! Itna confidence??!! You never know boyfriend that when will 'I' dare to look at someone!!" she said tauntingly.

"You won't be able to!! Don't believe me?? Then try it!!" he said daringly.

"Oh! Challenge??!!" she said daringly too.

Kunal shakes his head confidently "Uh-uh!!! Confidence!!"

Geet smiles at him sweetly and he says in a business like voice smiling back "So what's the plan now birthday girl??"

Geet says seriously "I had this small little work to do...After that I'll meet you guys at XYZ place!!"

Kunal says unbelievably "What???!!! You are working even today???"

Geet knew she's gonna be late if she gets into argument with him now...

So she said while trying to walk out from there "Sorry boyfriend! It's important!!! Have to go!!! See you there in an hour!!!"

And before Kunal could say something, Geet runs out!!!

Geet smiles as she sits in the taxi...

She was so happy that Kunal was back!! He was such a nautanki!!! But she loves him!!!

She has known him since her whole life!!! She was in 6 when she met him first time... And they became best friends instantly!!! He is her best friend...or should she say boy best friend!!!

No they were not boyfriend-girlfriend!! Neither they were dating!!! They didn't even know when they started teasing each other by addressing each other as boyfriend and girlfriend!!

For her, Kunal is just her best friend!!! They were so close to each other, but they had never thought of taking this friendship a step further!!! What was the point?? When they already loved each other as friends and they could literally die for each other too!!

She smiles sweetly and said to the receptionist "Excuse me! Can I meet Mr. Maan Singh Khurana please??!!"

The receptionist, maybe in her early twenties and looked like just came out of the cover page of some super-model magazine, looked at Geet from top to bottom.

She asked in a bit irritating voice "Do you have an appointment?" She was unable to swallow the fact that a girl like Geet has even managed to get an appointment of her boss!!

According to the receptionist, Geet was average looking and her clothes were pathetic... So there was no chance that she was good enough to grab an opportunity to even see her boss!!

And moreover, the receptionist loved her life!! And she was so not putting her life in danger by disturbing her boss for this girl who no ways could have an appointment!!!

Geet said with a sweet smile "Actually I'm from xyz college and I'm here to take Mr. Khurana's interview for our college magazine. You must be having an appointment on Aditi's name in your records."

The receptionist looks at Geet for few seconds and then checked her laptop and said with a disapproving look "Sorry! There's no appointment on the name of Aditi!! You must be mistaking, Maan Sir never gives interviews!!" she thought that Geet was lying about the appointment as Maan has never given any interview even to big media publications in his whole life, then there is no way that he would've given an appointment for a college magazine.

Geet frowns in confusion at this piece of information... How is it possible??!! She swear she had checked with the time of appointment with her college editor!!

She thought there must have been some mistake!! Maybe she hadn't heard the time properly.

Geet asks confusedly "Are you sure there's no appointment for xyz college??"

The receptionist said "Positive!"

Geet thought that she can't do anything right now... and she have to check with the college authorities for this misunderstanding.

Geet said a bit disappointedly "I think I might have heard the time wrong then!!" and she smiled sweetly and said "Anyways, thank you very much!!"

She turns to leave when the receptionist's phone rang...

She picked up and said in a stuttering voice while holding her breath unknowingly "Y-Y-Yes s-s-sir??"

She heard her boss's deep voice "Send that girl in!!"

"Ye-e-es s-s-sir!!" she was shaking from head to toe as she felt anger in his boss's voice...

She looked up to ask Geet that Maan wants to see her, but as she looked up, Geet wasn't there anymore!!!

Her heart sank at the thought that what will happen to her if that girl had left the building??!!

She ran towards the exit in the hope to still stop Geet!!!

She knew that she must be important if Maan has himself called her to send her in his cabin!! And if he comes to know that she has left because of her, then its probably the last day of her life!!!

Maan leaned on his chair comfortably in his cabin with a satisfactory smirk on his face!! He looked at Geet's picture on his laptop's wallpaper and stroked the screen with the tip of his fingers gently trying to get the feel of her smooth skin from the picture... His fingers lingered on her lips in the picture a little too long and he said with a smirk "Welcome to Maan Singh Khurana's world Geet!!!"

He smiled evilly and remembered how easy it had been to allure her to him...easier than he had thought!!

The girl is unbelievably nice...and her nicety is gonna cost her a lot!!! Her this nicety has landed her straight into his clutches!!! Poor girl! Doesn't even know what's waiting for her in the shadows!!!

Just then the door knocked...

He smirked evilly and said in a deep voice "Come in!!"

Geet opened the door and said "Mr. Khurana??!!"

Maan looked up at her from the file that he was pretending to read and said "Yes??!!"

Geet smiles socially and walks inside...

Maan looks at her from top to bottom drinking her every curve with his eyes!!! It is the first time that he's seeing her from this close but it won't be the last time!! And he'll make sure of that!!!

He realised that she is much more prettier than he was giving her credit for from his previous momentary encounter!!!

Her eyes, her lips, her cheeks, her nose, her face, her hair, her neck, her body... everything was perfect!!! Perfect enough to deserve Maan Singh Khurana's attention!!! And not to worry, he will give his attention to her...and that too minutely!!! He smirked at his thoughts...

He leaned on his chair comfortably and touched the tips of his fingers against each other casually "Miss. Geet Handa! Have a seat!!" he said like an order to her as she was standing near the desk...

Geet's social smile vanished from her face with his authoritative tone and she frowns in confusion at his words and said "How do you know my name??"

Maan smiles at her question and said "I guessed you know that much Geet as you have come here to interview me, so you must have done your homework properly!!! But still I'll tell you that its not that easy to meet me Geet, unless I want to meet you!! And nothing's hidden from me that happens in my office!! This is my territory!!! The moment anybody set foot in my office, I get all the information about them!!! And as you are standing in front of me, it is obvious that I know everything about you!!!"

Geet didn't know what to reply to that!! She knew it was true that it wasn't that easy to meet him... but she wasn't expecting him to have all the information about her at such a short notice!! Not that it matters, but still its a bit creepy!! So what people say about him being omniscient is true??!!

Maan smiled at Geet's expressions and said again, or rather ordered again "Sit!!!"

Geet comes out of her trail of thoughts and shakes off the creepy feeling that she was having in this cabin and sat down...

She again smiles socially at him and said formally "First of all, thank you so much Mr. Khurana for taking out time from your busy schedule for our college!! I know you must be very busy---"

Maan didn't let her finish and cut her in between and said "Geet! First of all, call me Maan!! And second thing, I did not took out time for your college; I took out time for you!!" he said with a smirk while looking at her intensely.

Geet frowns at his words!!! She looked at him and he held her gaze with his eyes!!! Her heartbeats fastened without her permission and knowledge!!! After few moments, she broked the eye-lock and looked away...

Maan smirked by seeing his effect on her!! He always knew what kind of effect he had on the opposite sex, but it gave him different kind of satisfaction to see the girl getting affected by him who has been able to affect him for the first time in his life!!!!

Geet took a moment to control herself!! She did not liked the way he was looking at her!!! There was something evil in his look...almost sinister!!! She was feeling an unknown fear by sitting in front of him!!!

But she shaked off the feelings and looked back at him who was still looking at her with lustful eyes...

Geet's hand reached instinctively on her dupatta and she tried to cover her revealing skin slowly with her dupatta... Maan did not like that!!!

He frowned at her act of keeping away the little amount of her bare skin from his eyes!!

He thought evilly with a smirk 'But for how long you'll hide yourself behind those clothes Geet!! How long these feeble clothes will be able to save you from Maan Singh Khurana's eyes!!!'

Geet controls herself and thought of doing her work and getting out of here as soon as possible!!

She said in a business-like voice "So shall we start the interview Mr. Khurana??" She deliberately addressed him as Mr. Khurana trying to give him the hint that she does not want to get on the first name basis with him!!! The darkness surrounding him was repelling her!!!

Maan smiled at her tactics!! Well it doesn't matter what she calls him!! He gave her the privilege to call him as Maan, the privilege which even the big businessmans doesn't have, but if she doesn't want to use that privilege, then it's her choice!!! Not that he's gonna give her any other choice to choose anything else!!!! It was the first and the last choice of hers... After this, her life is gonna be according to him!!!

"Please!!" he answered her question casually with a smile.

Geet took out a notepad and pen from her bag and opened it on the table while Maan watched her every move in amusement!!

When she was ready with her stationery, she looked up at him and he was still looking at her intensely!!

She shaked off the feeling and started with the most easy question "Umm... So Mr. Khurana, you joined the business at the age of 17?!" she paused at that looking at Maan for answer expectantly...

Maan waited for her to complete her question as it was a mixture of a question and a statement, but when Geet did not asked any further, he smiled and said "Yes!"

Geet looked down thinking and before she could ask anything more, Maan said "Is this your first time to interview someone??"

Geet looks at him surprised and asked in return "How do you know??"

But he just answered that with a crooked smile... And then said casually out of nowhere "This pink lip-gloss really suits you!!"

Geet frowns at his words!!! She looks down feeling uncomfortable from his stare and said clearing her throat "Ahem... So my next question is that what was your inspiration for all this time??"

He smirked evilly and said with a serious tone "My inspiration?? Have you ever tasted the sweet taste of power Geet?? I have!! And that's what my inspiration has been!! Power!!! I want to become the most powerful man of this world!!! I want to see this world succumbed at my feet!!! The more power I get, the more I want!!!! It is like an unending process!!!"

Geet could feel evilness surrounding his each word!!! A strange kind of madness for power!!! An obsession for victory!!!!

Geet looked at him in disgust and said "But have you ever thought Mr. Khurana, that in your this obsession for power, you have ruined how many homes??? How many people had gone out of work because of your this craze to become the biggest businessman??? How many people might have slept empty-stomached because you snatched the last piece of bread from them??? How many kids have been deprived of basic necessities because you have taken over their only means of earning??? How many people have been disappointed from life because you snatched the reason to live from them????"

She was feeling disgusted by the man sitting in front of her!! She cant believe that how can he be so evil without any regrets of what he did at the name of business!!!

He just looked at her in amusement!! He didn't know why he wasn't getting angry on her though??!! Nobody has ever dared to talk to him like this before!!! He was surprised that she was still standing alive in front of him after having the audacity of talking to him like that!!!! If there has been someone else in place of her, then her voice has been silenced for forever instantly!!! But why is she still standing alive and why her words are not stirring anger in him, was a mystery for him!!!!!! Instead, he was bemused by her bravery... or in other words, her stupidity!!!

He said casually without any regret in his voice or expressions "What can I say Geet!! Life is full of disappointments!!! And this is business Geet!! Here only the fittest survives!!! And you can't blame me if the world isn't strong enough to stand my blow!!! I'm born to rule Geet!!!! And that's exactly what I'm doing... Ruling this world!!!" he finished with an evil smirk.

Geet felt anger building up in her at his words but she controlled herself because she knows that anger is never a solution for anything!!!

She said nicely "But Mr. Khurana, playing with someone's life is not a business!!! And whatever we do, God is always watching us!!! You might be able to lie to the whole world, but you can't lie to Him!!!!"

She looked at him expectantly...

He looked at her for a whole one minute and then broke into laughter!!!

His laugh carried an iniquity around it... His laugh sent chills to her spine...

He said controlling himself "Seriously Geet, you have very good career opportunities in Church!! You will preach very well!!!" but then he said with seriousness "But save your preachings for weak people Geet!! Kiyunki main achhi tarah se jaanta hoon, ke bhagwaan ke naam ka sahaara sirf kamzor log lete hain!!! And Maan Singh Khurana is neither weak, nor believes in your god!!! So save your breath Geet!!!!"

Geet smiles sarcastically and said "What else can be expected from a man like you Mr. Khurana!! You don't believe in God... But one day God will Himself make you believe in Him!!! And that day you will regret for all your doings!!! You will cry blood tears in remorse!!!! Remember my words Mr. Khurana!!!"

"Regret, tears, remorse... There are no such words in Maan Singh Khurana's dictionary Geet!! You are just wasting your as well as my time!!!" he looked at his watch and said in a business-like voice "You have already wasted my enough time Geet... more than probably you are worth for!!! So if your interview is over, can we talk business now???" he said with finality in his voice...

Geet frowns in confusion and said "Business??"

He smiled crookedly and said "Yes Geet, business!! What did you thought, that I was wasting my time on you because of your stupid college magazine??!! No Geet!!! I have way more important work to do than to give interviews!!! You are here for some bigger motive!!! And I don't like beating around the bush... so I'll come straight to the point!! What's your price???"

Geet looks at him blankly for a whole minute and then said frowning in confusion "Excuse me??!!!"

"What's your price for one night??" he elaborated casually...
