Part 42

Dadi saw geet. It was her right to know about this family past, she thought. Now no more.. the truth which even maan dint know, she had to unfold. And she did.

Flashback

Savitri devi had two sons. Viraj singh khurana (maan s father) and Vikram singh khurana (maanav father, he was devil of khurana s) maan s father was younger. He was married to anjali (maan s mother). She was very beautiful. Vikram was elder married to aarti . She was normal looking girl. After viraj marriage, vikram always used to look anjali with his lustful eyes. Anjali loved her family but she dint like vikram and aarti behavior. Arti always uesd to give her trouble. Aarti nature was also not good, as she belonged to a very low blooded family and it was their love marriage (vikram & aarti), so dadi could not stop them to marry.

One evening all were out of mansion excluding anjali. Maan and maanav were very small that time. Vikram came from office and found anjali alone. His hidden lustful desire came out and he tried to rape her. Anjali screamed but no one was there to hear her. But by luck dadi came back on time and she shocked to see, what was happening infront of her eyes. She screamed her lung out . Vikram left anjali , who had lost her conscious till now. Dadi run to her. Nakul run to call viraj. Dadi slapped vikram hard and shouted guard to kick him out of this house. By then all were returned. Aarti saw his husband and understood what would have happened. She dint mind to what he had done but was angry , for now they had to leave this mansion. And dadi kicked them out and broke all relation with them for ever.

Flashback End

geet and naina shocked to hear this bitter past. Geet went to dadi and hugged her. She consoled her. Dadi requested not to tell this to maan as he would not able to bear this bitter truth, that his own uncle tried to abuse his mother. Geet agreed. But geet decided to tell maan everything about naina and maanav.

Next day geet and dadi were in mall. They were enjoying their qwality time when geet eyes caught a man. " geurvindar" she thought. Dadi turned to see geet and then to that man. "kon hai beta" "ek min dadi" she replied and run to him. She patted his shoulder. Gurvinder turned and surprised to see geet. Geet introduced him to dadi as channi's fiance. Dadi invited him to km. He accepted and after finishing their shopping they went back to KM. There channi felt happy to see him. Geet told dadi that their marriage was already fixed in Hp. Dadi felt happy for channi. Gurvindar said that he was here in delhi for some business , and wont stay for long . Geet asked him as was he ready for marry channi after knowing everything. Gurvindar nodded. So now it was decided that they will have court marriage next day. Next day after marriage channi and gurvindar left for their future destination .

At night , geet was walking restlessly in her room , in outhouse. Maan wanted to stay her in KM but dadi denied saying , it wont to good staying under same roof before marriage. Geet was eager to tell maan everything. "hey babaji..mujhe itni bechani kyu ho rahi hai.. pata nahi maan kya sochenge sab jaan kar" every type of thought were playing hid n sick in her mind. She was waiting for him. When nakul called her for dinner.

All were sitting in dinner table except maan as he was still in office. Geet dint want to have dinner without him so she said she was not hungry. Dadi understood. She blessed geet inwardly for being a real partner of her grand son. Geet went from there. All had dinner and went to their respective rooms.

It was 10 and maan was still not home. Geet was now in her foulest mood. " ye maan bhi na, hadd karte hai.. mai yaha kabse bhuki pyaasi baithi hu aur wo hai ki .. uper se ek baar phone bhi nahi kiya , ki mai kaisi hu.. aane do unhe.. fir babati hu " she was cursing, making weird faces when she got a call on her mobile.

"hello"

no one ansewerd...

"Helloo " she again said loud

------------' again no sound

she got irritated. " oyeee hello.. jab bolna nahi hota toh phone kyu karte ho"

" tumhaari pyaari aawaz sune ke liye " a sound came. She dint recognized this voice. 'Kon ??

' itni jaldi bhul gayi geet.. apne hone waale pati ko " she shocked because it was not maan, she knew maan voice. Suddenly her eyes widen guessing owner of that sound. "maanav' her lips whispered.

"wah geet.. abhi tak tum mujhe nahi bhuli " maanav laughed.

Geet cut phone in anger and shock. She was in her thought when again cell rang. It was same no. she again cut . But now she was not scraed. " nahi geet..ab mat dar.. bahut dara liya sabne tujhe.. ab tujhe himmat karni hogi.. ab maan hai tere sath .." she tried to give herself strength. After few minutes again her cell ran. This time she was determined to scold him so received, but before she could say a word, rano pleading voice pricked her like hundred death. "maaa" geet screamed.
