Maan's smile widened when he took"geet's"name.."meera she is my best friend..she understands me more than anyone..mere bhare mein sab kuch jaanthi hai..she knows what I like n what I don't..wo thoda pagal bhi hai..she starst crying for even small things.."n maan went on n on n on..there was a glow on his face n even his eyes are smiling when he started telling about her..there was happiness in his voice when he heard her name..meera stood there smiling looking at maan who is engrossed in himself narrating about every quality of his geet.

In the evening maan arrived at party venue where meera is busy in receiving guests.

"hello sir iam so happy to see u here..iam so happy"meera exclaimed as she couldn't believe that MSK is there at the party.

Maan just smiled n followed her.both talked for sometime..Maan noticed that meera was all the while tensed n looking for someone at the entrance.."meera is everything ok???u are loking tensed"he asked finally..

"ha sir wo actually sunny don't know that I have planned this party..it is a surprise for him..i called him but he is not here till now..so waiting for him"..maan just nodded n soon eh lost in his thoughts as he remember how geet always plans surprises for him..Maan saw the same excitement in meera's face which he saw on geet's.meanwhile,meera excused from there in order to receive the guests.

Maan sat there for a long time all alone..it's not that no one wants to talk to him but he didn't liked anyone's company for an unknown reason..Many offered for a dance but he directly refused..He is badly missing his friends especially geet..he sat there recollecting the moments he spent with them..he didn't even notice when tears slipped down from his eyes..He is not expressing but he is really feeling bad for hurting his friends n his guilt is eating him inside..when he was lost in his thoughts his gaze suddenly fell on the couples who were dancing on dance floor..He recollected how he danced with geet on her birthday past..A slight smile crept on his lips.His smile widened as he recollected how geet jumped like a kid when he n karan gave her so many gifts..Her giigling,her antics everything is haunting him..He is feeling like geet is all around him..Someone tapped on his shoulder n his trance broke..

Maan looked around n realized it was just his illusion..He felt a pinch as he felt like someone snatched his world..His world ran away from him..he plastered a plastic smile on his face even when he felt like screaming loudly out of frustration n met the person..Soon he too left n maan again felt lonely..Some girl came to him n began to talk to him cozily..maan tried to avoid her but she is trying hard to impress him.Maan felt suffocated..for the first time he is running away from situation..This again made him remember his geet..how she used to save him from sameera whenever she tried to flirt with him..

He felt like running away from there n left the party without even informing meera..

Next morning meera who came for jogging saw maan sleeping on a bench leaning against it in the park..she was confused but understood when she saw maan's attire.she guessed that maan didn't go back to his flat n was sleeping here since last night'she tapped on his arm n maan woke up with a jerk n looked around confused..

He was confused to find him there.He just remember that he was missing geet n sat there thinking about the moments he spent with her..He didn't even know when he drifted to sleep.He still felt restless as last night.He straightened himself n sat quietly.."haii maan sir..good morning"meera wished with a smile.."good morning"maan wished her back but kept quite..

Meera could see mana's restlessness on his face..Anyone can say that something is bothering him badly n he is not able to pour his pain out infront of anyone..Meera started her convo finding him all silent.."umm..sir why u left the party last night ??i thought to introduce sunny but u left without informing me"

Maan meekly smiled at her.."wo u were busy with ur friends n I was all alone..i was feeling bored so I came out.."there was a sadness in his voice but next minute he smiled saying"waise if it is India geet mere saath hoti..she would never leave me alone..hamesha mere saath rehti aur hum bahut masti karthe the..but she is not here na(his voice again fell)" again unknowingly a lone tear escaped from his eyes.

Meera placed her and on his shoulder n he smiled at her sadly as if forcing himself to smile.."sir we are friends right??"she asked for which he nodded."friends can share their problem..i mean if something is bothering u u can share it with ur friend..u'll feel better"

Maan smiled as he wanted someone to share his pain..He was feeling so lonely since last night n he needed his geet badly with whom he opens up his heart but she is not here..he felt good to have meera.."u know meera I used to share every small thing with my geetu..but I don't have her now..i hurted her badly n even my friend karan..i don't know kya hogaya tha muje..i never intended to do but..(he paused)

Iam missing geet a lot..i can see her smiling at me..i can see only her everywhere..i don't know what's happening..iam missing her a lot.."he said n hid his face in his palm n tehn brushed his hairs standing up from the bench..he tried to hide his tears from meera as he don't know what to answer her becoz he himself don't know why he is crying.

"you are seeing her everywhere n missing her presence around you right?"meera said walking to him.."becoz u love her n u cant live without her"she said smiling at him..Maan looked at her shocked n before he could say anything meera continued.."don't say me that she is only ur best friend.."maan nodded..meera smiled shooking her head n made her sit again.

"maan u know mere saath job hi huwa thaw o sab tumhare saath ho raha hai..u know me n sunny were friends since childhood just like u n geet..we both used to think that we are best friends..ek baar muje aur sunny ko ek doosre se door rehna pada..then we understood that we can t live without each other n that is not only becoz of friend ship but it's more than that..Maan whenever I u take geet's name;I can see some kind of happiness u know there will be aglow on ur face..ur eyes starts smiling along with u.U cant tolerate separation from her,u feel like spending ur every second with her right??'maan nodded as some where he started thinking on what meera said.

"Maan this is all becoz of love..i know yo must be thinking how can this happen??"she again smiled at maan who lost in his thoughts.."Maan till now you were thinking that she is ur best friend n u didn't all our heart to realize what u feel for her or rather say u were not ready to realize..Just think once in other way..ek baar apne aankhein band karo aur apne dil se poocho ki aap geet ke liye kya feel karthe ho..then u'll get all ur answers"she smiled squeezing his hand as if assuring him that every thing is gonna be fine.

Maan sat silently lost in thoughts for sometime..

He slowly closed his eyes n he saw geet smiling at him lovingly..he stood there with closed eyes for sometimes..he recollected every moment with her n finally realization hit him..

He snapped opened his eyes with a wide smile playing on his lips n there is no more restlessness on his face n no more sadness in his eyes becoz he finally realized what geet means to him now.."YES IAM IN LOVE"maan said smiling..His own words soothed his ears.."yes!!"maan got up excitedly like a kid who got his toy.."omg!!IAM IN LOVE!!I LOVE GEET"

"IAM IN LOVE"he screamed loudly opening his arms gaining everyone's attention..Maan smiled at one old lady who looked at him amused..She is practicing her laughing theraphy n mana's scream disturbed them..he hugged her sideways n kissed her on her cheek shocking her completely..

"iam sorry"he screamed loudly running from there..

He started walking towards his flat n smiling like a fool all the while..He saw geet on other side of the road n smiled at her.He started walking other side n didn't even noticed the traffic..Horon sound broke his trance n he heard the owner of the vehicle is shouting on him.."iam sorry sorry"he said biting his tongue for noticing the car..Finally eh left n maan turned to find geet is not there.He shook his head smiling as he again visualized geet.."ye geetu muje pagal kardegi"he said n started to walk again..

Maan saw geet near a boutique..she is looking at something n smiling.."geet.."maan mumbled smiling at her n ran to her..he turned her to him n found it's not geet but some other girl.."sorry..iam sorry"maan said n turned smiling at himself..He thought that he is behaving like a despo..He again saw geet passing him..and again she is not geet..he slapped himself mentally n again ran to towards his falt..all the while he was finding geet everywhere n every place.

He reached his flat n opened the door just to find geet sitting on couch making grumpy face.."kaha the raat bhar??"she asked him.."geet"he exclaimed in joy n started walking to her..she threw pillow on his face n started giggling..

When he went to touch her face geet again got vanished from the place..maan hit himself with the pillow n fell on couch..He smiled again as geet again came infront of him with crossed arms..

Maan looked at her confused when she raised her eyebrows..she then signaled him to look at watch..she asked him with her actions that wont he do his breakfast??she then asked him to fresh up again with her facial gestures..maan smiled n went to fresh up.

Maan got lost in geet's eyes who came to him with coffee mug..she smiled at him cutely for which he smiled n stood grinning at her."sir coffee"maan came out from his trance with loud voice of his servant who was holding coffee mug since 10 minutes..Maan felt embarrassed n mentally slapped himself for grinning at him like a fool..

He looked at her pic in his lappy n said"geet jaha bhi dekhu sirf tum dik rahi ho muje??ye kya kar rahi ho tum mere saath"he smiled recollecting how he was missing geet in the party n why he missed her.."I love u"he mumbled caressing her pic.

Maan thought to go to shopping as there is time left for his meeting..so he entered mall n was searching what to buy..His gaze fell on pink teddy.He wanted to buy that but the owner of the shop said that it is not for sale but he should win it by solving the puzzle.Maan is way too intelligent n it was not hard task to him..So he won it n thought to gift it to geet becoz she loves teddy bears a lot.There was a small chain hanging round it's neck with heart shaped locket n I L U is engraved on it.

He was passing the icrcream parlour n again he saw geet having icecream like a kid..there is icecream all over her face..she is enjoying it while giggling..As usual she vanished as soon as he reached her..He smiled at a li'l girl who looked at him confused n kissed on her cheek.Meanwhile,maan got call from the office n he went to attend the meeting.

Maan stepped inside his cabin n meera is explaining him something but his gaze moved to geet who sat in the chair opposite to him..He is grinning at her like a fool when meera tapped on his shoulder n asked what??he smiled n nodded in no..tehn they moved to conference room as there is a presentation for which he is there.

When Maan was about to start his presentation he saw geet showing him thumps up n smiling at him cutely..He smiled n again lost in her.When meera shook him by arm feeling embarrassed in front of clients,he came back from his lala land n straightened himself..He somehow completed his presentation successfully n KC got the project.Everyone congratulated him but his gaze was fixed on geet who mouthed him congrats n stood there smiling.

He came back to his cabin n thought he would have not able to give the presentation if he was same maan who was feeling restless not knowing his feelings but now he is happy as he finally realized his feelings for geet.He felt bad for shouting on harika..she was right but he shouted on her n talked rubbish about her to karan.His guilt again returned to him n he wanted to ask for sorry asap.so he called n booked tickets to catch the flight in few hours."geet mein araha hoon"he said n smiled to himself..

He rested his head on head rest n closed his eyes thinking of geet n lost in her thoughts..

Meera who just entered the cabin knocked the door not finding maan in his senses but he didn't..she understood that he realized his feelings looking at his smile n his lost self..she went to him n tapped on his shouldet bringing him back to reality..Maan smiled at her n next second he gave her friendly hug..

"thanku so much meera..yeah u were right iam in love with geet"meera smiled at him n looked at him amused to find him so excited like kid."iam going back to india today..and I'll not be late this time..i promise"

"wow iam so ahppy sir..but ha I'll miss u"

"me too"maan said with a smile..

"koi nahi u promise me that u'll come here with geet after ur wedding..mein bhi toh dekhu wo lucky girl koun hai"

Maan smiled n nodded..soon after chatting for few minutes he got ready n boarded flight to india..
