since it was a c-section
me still recovering..

all the beautiful writers .. who gave me full on entertainment while I was up

he closed his eyes knowing he has really gone too far with his temper
he tried to make it up. She didn't give him a chance. She just dropped him at the airport & left from their, without saying anything.
It was a month since Maan was back in NYC. Geet spoke to him seldom mostly abt the office matters or abt yash's health. She was indeed very angry with him & it was becoming impossible for Maan to concentrate on anything with his mistimia not talking to him. He could never cope with this!!! not earlier & now it only seemed more difficult.
She continued with her work & taking extra care of yash sir now. Yash had started office again but was taking it easy. Maan & Geet really tried to stop him in their own ways .. well he was the dad khurana.
Geet managed to get client for her s/w that she was working on. It was quiet exciting to KC's IT dept. Yash was proud of his princess. From day one he knew she had the fire in her. The dedication she has shown ever since was commendable. He gave her full support. Never did anyone expect the small IT wing would fetch them any revenue... & here we r talking abt profit!! that too in five figures to start with.
Geet kept Maan updated with her every move. The moment Maan heard of the clients' name he became restless. He called her the very moment...it was strange to get his call at that hr of the day in office.. with time difference it would have been past mid night for him.
Geet was in the board meeting with the board members & yash when her phone began to buzz!!
yash looked at her. Geet put the phone on silent & continued with the presentation.
Maan knew she was angry with him but this was professional issue. He took a deep breath & had to do that he hated the most... to call on the office land line. He asked the receptionist to connect him to Geet.
Receptionist was taken a back with his urgency & then stated she was in the board room, couldnt be distubed.
Maan yelled... this is Maan Singh Khurana connect me to the board room right away.
Khurana sir name was enough to arose the panic @ the other end. She immediately connected the call.
Maan ' Geet u r not going ahead with this deal
Geet was totally taken a back. First he never involved in with any of the official matters & now he is just passing an order.. that too without giving any rational explanation. Not that she would have gone against him but this was not a small thing. She had lined up everything. Media was involved at this big s/w licensing thing.. company reputation.. her hard work.. board members trust on the IT dept.. every thing was at stake. She was not sure why he was denying. She excused herself from the board room
Geet ' Maan aap aisen kyun kah rahen ho
Maan ' Geet plz u don't have to deal with this client
Geet ' why Maan?
He was silent irritating her further
did u even go through the whole partnership thing? She asked in a stern tone
Geet !!! Maan gritted his teeth in anger uttering her name. How could she even question him on that regard. All this years he had been silently going through each & every work only for her happiness.
Geet was already frustrated with wat was happening between them in past few months first him not talking to her & then her annoyance over his care a dam attitude even towards his own dad after his disturbed health.
She didn't bother listening to him further.
Maan threw the phone in frustration 'dammit why can't u listen to him'
he closed his eyes.. he knew she is not listening to him because of all that is been happening between them since last few months. 'Oh misti plz'
Geet halfheartedly resumed the meeting. Yash could clearly see there was something bothering her.
After the presentation he called Geet to his cabin
yash ' wat did Maan say?
Geet sighed ' he doesn't want us to go ahead with this deal
yash was happy some where seeing Maan more involved with KC ' why?
Geet went silent.. she couldn't think of any reason to explain .. at the same time she couldn't let down Maan. She tried to point at some vague issues.. fumbling words.. trembling fingers
yash looked at her for a brief moment ' its ur call Geet. I am ok with wat ever u decide. How much ever we wish otherwise.. .. ur the head of the IT dept now.
Maan didn't know how to put it across to her. Chetan is not the kind of person to do business with. Invariable she will have to deal with that leach for all her deals since he is the VP. He thought of calling her & explaining her the next day when he is calmer.. more than him.. she is !!!
Geet didn't take any of his calls just kept mailing him her progress in the project. Maan became really mad when he heard she had a meeting with that leach after a day. Why the hell she has to go.. wat is adhi doing there he cursed. When he had no go he called his dad
Maan ' dad, plz Geet se kahiyen to cancel that meeting
yash ' Maan u r forgetting, aap yeh haak kho chuken hain
u urself have given up ur say on this matters

he disconnected the call not understanding maans attitude.
Almost after 2 days
It was a big day for Geet. She was going to handle the whole deal & licensing thing herself.. she was bit nervous.. she shot a quick prayer to her babaji & checked her documents again. She is been going through this 100 times.. since Maan raised an objection in this matter, she still couldn't find any reason to his denial.
mean while maans anger was rising to no level learning she had an appointment with Chetan that too at his farm house. He had not slept a wink trying to reach her .. or explain his stand.. when nothing seemed in his control staying in NYC.. he had to be there.. he decided..
he barged into geets cabin in the afternoon & was triffied not find her there. He slammed the door behind & marched straight into dads cabin. He landed his hands with a thud on the table in sheer frustration
Yash was totally shocked to see Maan in India.. & then his demeanor. His face darkening angrily.. his eyes spitting fire..
yash couldn't combat it.. - Maan aap yanha?
Maan ' where is Geet dad?
He spat the question like he would break anything that came on his way
yash sat back in his chair trying to understand wat exactly was going on here.. he calmly answered she left for that meeting
Maan smashed everything on the table ' dad how could u let her go for that meeting?
Why? Why can't she...? yash asked still not getting a clue of his sons action
Maan ran his fingers restlessly along his hair.. don't u know chetan attitude.. usdin party main bhi kaisen behave kar raha tha Geet ke saath
Yash looked little confused.. kind of understood his sons concern ' lekin yah professional deal hain
Maan taunted ' farm house main??
yash felt like some one just pulled the surface below his legs. He tried to console ..more himself ' Geet is matured enough to handle..
before he could complete Maan almost broke down.. don't u know how she would react.. the whole Mumbai fiasco played in their mind
