The earth seemed to roll underneath my feet as I registered the whole truth inside my head, I was feeling guilty because somewhere I was at fault too. I was regretting the moment when I left her. I punched my fist on the wall in frustration. Tears were brimming in my eyes. I couldn't believe it that Rano aunty would do something like that.
She must be broken from inside. Anaya immediately pulled my hand from the wall and said "Hurting yourself would never reduce her pain. I told you all this because she is shielding her heart from strife, she so hurt from deep inside and we want her to express that,We want her to be happy like before and I want you to us in getting our old Geet back."
I sighed then just before leaving she said "I just want her to be happy, she is like my sister and I will do anything which will keep her happy."
She said to me sadly.I hugged her and said "Everything will be ok."
"Yah everything will be ok" She wiped her tears and left.

I was going towards the room where Maan and Anaya went but unfortunately the waiter who was passing by accidentally spilled the drink on my dress and I had to rushed to the rest room in order to clean it.
I came back and I give an exasperated sigh when I saw Anaya leaving the room. I really didn't want Maan to know about my Past. I knew he would make fun of me just like before when we were kids.
I don't know how will I face him "will he really make fun of me but we are now grownups. Maybe I am being childish. Maybe he won't make fun of me but he will definitely show me some sympathy which I don't need. It will hurt me more then when he left me, I really don't need his sympathy."
I was roaming in the hall waiting for Brij and Anaya when someone pulled me into a room. It was dark but I could see the persons face due to moonlight coming from the window. He hugged me.I could feel my should getting wet.
I immediately parted him and saw his tear stained face. I gasped for a moment because I couldn't believe it that the great MAAN SINGH KHURRANA was crying. I have never seen him crying before but why was he crying.
He hugged me again and he spoke "I missed you so much Geet." I could sell alcohol now "Maan You are drunk."I said making a disgust ignoring his words.He didn't left me he just hugged me tight and said "I am really sorry for what I did to you."
I really didn't want to hear anything from him because of the alcoholic smell which was coming from his mouth.I tried pushing him away from me but his hold on me got tighter, which now started to hurt me. "Maan you are hurting me." I said to him. He loosened his hold and I quickly tried leaving the room but he was to fast, he simply locked the door and carried me towards the bed.
I gasped when he dropped me on the bed and laid beside me. I was scared now but then tried to go up from the bed but he came over me and said "You are staying with me tonight; I have lots of things to tell you.You have no idea how much I have missed you."
I haven't seen Maan like this before so drunk and then so close to me. I could feel my insides melting by the way he was caressing my back. He buried his head in my hairs.
"Ma , Maan you you are drunk. Please let me go." I tried again but he got furious. "No you are not going anywhere." He shouted. I wasmore scared now "what was wrong with him? why was he acting so indifferently? what was he going to do?" I thought.
He kissed my cheek and then thee other which sent shivers down my spine. That was the first time he had ever kissed me. "He will forget about all this in the morning when the effect of the alcohol will be over." I thought to myself.
I just hugged him tight because I needed it. I wanted to cry in his arms, I wanted him to take all my sorrows away but that can never happen.
"what do you want talk about Maan" I asked him while hugging him and it was then when I realized that he had passed out over me.

I was so frustrated that I didn't know when I took five to six shots of tequila. I wanted to talk to Geet, I wanted to say sorry to her, I wanted to tell her how much I missed her. I went inside my room but then my eyes caught Geet's sight I immediately pulled her inside my room.
