the new show has Gc with 2 daughters.

what if his first wife's role was played Drashti ???

and we are given a glimpse of how much in love he had been with his first wife .

and DD plays the part of this young hip wife and mom b4 an unknown tragedy strikes their little family.

and then how the tragedy of her passing has shaped the role of the male character.

now if only dreams could come true.

i love Maan and Geet , i also love the actors who played it that is DD and GC. for me GC and DD were my SRK and Kajol.

i understand that to grow one needs to go out of his or her comfort zone and that is what i think GC and DD are trying to do by acting with others.

i wish them luck and i for one am not much interested in the storyline that the new show is promoting.

frankly i am sick and tired of al these Saas bahu type serials, that just revolves around the family and the main vamp in the family, which is what happens to any serial that comes to ZTV or Star.

why not a crime drama or a sitcom ala those english ones we love to watch, they will be refreshing change from the monotonal saas bahu dramas. Something which i as a 25 year old can watch .

even these crime or sitcom dramas has romance in it for those who want to see romance. and yes i want a little bit of romance too.

GC and DD were indeed a SRK-Kajol onscreen.. but not off-screen.

What a nice and constructive idea 😃 Post it when the new page opens ,maybe CVs can convince DD to play the real mother to the 2 cute girls 😊 A guest appearance , would be great 😃

i forgot to mention the most important thing

As a fan of DD and GC , i am happy that he is being recognized by a channel that is big in india as well as internationally.

The boy has awesome acting talents , hopefully the storyline and the cv of the new show will know how to utilize his talents and not relay on the actor to sell the show.

and DD will certainly pick up something too soon, hopefully its something i would want to watch.

yes if its not worth the watch then i will not watch the serials.

it does not matter how much i love the actors or how talented they are the storyline as to appeal to my age group and sensibilities.

i loved the way Shushant SR dance but i just could never watch his show. the storyline could not draw me in.

who cares about off screen !!

i am more concerned with these actors, DD and GC onscreen chemistry .

a chemistry that is sizzling and captivating .

together they made me, a staunch soap hater whether its english or hindi believe in Geet.

then again Geet was not like the usual run of the meal soap !!

Srk and Kajol are talented on their own . they make great movies individually and with other actors.

they look gr8 and vibe well with other actors too.

But the effect we see when srk and kajol are cast opposite each other is on a different plateau altogether.

then we get a memorable super duper hit.

and thats what i would love to see from GC and DD.

channels need to capitalize on their talents and chemistry and thus bring back to us our GC and DD.
