Fan power is the biggest treasure for GC n DD

Time and again we have been talking about the tremendous fan following enjoyed by the two most loved faces of small screen, Gurmeet Choudhary and Drashti Dhami.

Adored as Maan Singh Khurana and Geet, following their on-screen characters from the highly praised, Geet Hui Sabse Parayi, Gurmeet and Drashti have been titled as the most desired faces of 2011. First it was Drashti who emerged to be the proud winner of this survey conducted online and later Gurmeet too made it to the list.

The online poll demanded fans to vote for the TV' most desired female and male face; apparently none could beat Gurmeet and Drashti's fan power. Not only have they won the accolade leading their competitors with a huge margin but the two have even been declared as the most popular and loved jodi of small screen.

Currently, Gurmeet is busy working for his Punjabi film, post which he will get busy finalizing the small screen ventures he will be taking up. While, Drashti is said to be enjoying the sabbatical she has taken after working for such a long. But sources say that she too will soon make a comeback and is looking for an ideal role like Geet, which will connect with all her fans well!
