Guysss i had written this piece of writing in the thought of maan and geet its pretty sad and depressing ...
o Finally I reached my most awaited destination...ready to again witness my horrid past. It feels like just yesterday (dj-vu) as I'm standing in an abandoned fair-ground. A fleeting glimpse of the past escaped my eyes. His smiling face appeared before me, as I was approaching to the vivid image.
Suddenly, it vanished in thin air...
There was anguish, clearly evident on my pale-sullen face and my eyes were as dark as the deepest seas. The winds were howling as if reciprocating to my unspoken despair and my hair tresses tressed, teasing my face and unknowingly a solitary tear trickled down my left eye. All the emotions that were embedded within me casually all started to emit just like how lava erupts from an exploding volcano.
I gazed at the rusty merry go round whilst my face was tear-stricken. I shifted my gaze to the floor, which was completely strewn with forgotten items, toys and a child's tattered shoe. I picked up a sharp glass piece, which led my finger to bleed, however a flinch nor cry escaped my body or lips.
My mind wondered to that unfortunate night.
I reminisced about how I went with him (my Maan) to the most happening and entertaining fair, that which only occurs once a year. After all my pleading he agreed to accompany me. After all he has a big ego; The great Maan Singh Khuranna going to a fun- fair with a mere girl. Though i was mere to the society, but was his world his Jaan.when we arravied We were roaming around as free as birds, with no tension of what could happen in that split second. As we were strolling, I halted abruptly, as I forgot my handy, sleek phone. I told him to wait for me whilst I went to recover it, though he kept persuading to accompany me. To my shock and disbelief by the time I was back...
everything was destroyed. I was left standing stood there emotionless. As I watched everything burn into ashes, a bomb exploded before me and the ringing from the horrific explosion still echoed in my ears causing a deafening pain. The streets were paved with blood and with cataclysmic overtones. Fear and hate lingered in the air. It was a strictly no-go deadly zone. I fell to the ground gagged; the roof of my long eyelashes was completely drenched with water. I slipped out of my reverie, as I heard a sound of a crow cooing; it looked like it would devour me within that very instant. Pain and misery visible on my face, I looked up at the pitch-black sky and screamed with all my might from the top of my lungs as the screams were now no longer silent.
I missed him, I loved him, and he betrayed me but why?? I found myself questioning how he said he would never leave me. But why did he have to lie? he said told me that we will would be together forever but he had left me all alone in complete solitude. I then lay on the ground, stone cold all alone, anticipating escaping this misery...
