A Car race?

Maan grinned meeting her again.

"wow..Maan..aaj subah subah tu ne apne angel ko mila!kya baat hai!"he thought and walked to the dean's office where he was supposed to meet the caterers for his sister's wedding.

Geet ran and hid herself behind a tree.

She placed her palm over her thudding heart. It was something new.

She'd never felt like that towards anyone.

She closed her eyes and all she could see was Maan's face.

His eyes..The perfect nose..The beautiful M-shaped lips...

She opened her eyes and realised that she had to meet some Mr.Khurana, to discuss the details of the wedding.

Grabbing her bag, she ran towards the Dean's office.

"Look, Mr.Vicky Khurana, show ur guts to some random girl, not Piya Handa..Get that?"Piya said glaring at Vicky.

"Patience, Miss.I 've just challenged you for a car race, Not to sleep with me!"Vicky said and laughed with others.

Piya was turning red with anger.

"Fine,I accept your challenge"Piya said.

There were so many gasps.

"No piya, Geet di will kill you" Jess said.

"I don't care sweetheart, All I care is defeating Mr.Vikrant Khurana." Piya said as she glared back at Vicky.

"Vicky, what've you done? If your Maan bro comes to know you challenged a girl for a sports car race, you are a goner!" his friend said.

"Whatever, now, its time to defeat Miss. Sulking forever!" he said grinning.

Maan entered inside to see the familiar faces of the Dean, Tanu,a smart looking guy and of course, his new found friend Abhay.

"Hey there" Abhay greeted him as they embraced each other.

Maan shook hands with the Dean and left him to speak with the team alone.

"So?"Maan asked seriously.

Though he was the biggest charmer, when it came to business, he was serious.

Kabir began, "Mr.Khurana,It's the first official event we'll be planning as a team and.."

"Stop" Maan commanded as the three looked confused at each other.

"You stand in front of 'The Maan Khurana' and you have the guts to say It's your first official event planning??How ridiculous!"Maan said.

"But.." Tanu began but stopped abruptly when Maan raised his hand signalling her to stop.

"You expect that I'd trust in learner's like you,to cater and plan my sister's wedding?"Maan spoke angrily.

The door flung open and A voice said, "But you can give us a chance,Mr.Khurana"

All heads turned towards the voice and Abhay heaved a sigh of relief seeing Geet standing.

Geet was running towards the Dean's office to meet the person whose nod can change their lives.

She was hell shocked when she heard the man telling them that he couldn't let them plan The Samira Khurana's wedding.

When the person turned to look at her, her heart skipped a beat seeing Maan.

He was in the same boat too.

Every time he looked at Geet there was a beautiful feeling in his heart. His erratic heartbeats and the sudden disappearance of anger and irritation every time he saw her was something new to him.

He mentally calculated.

"Maan, If u say yes,You have your Angel with you..Think"

After a few moments of silence he spoke," Okay.I agree to the deal but on one condition"

Confusion was clearly writ on the face of all.

He went near Geet and slowly put his arm around her shoulder.

"I want my angel besides me...Always!" And looked at her.

"What is he doing" Geet thought blushing like crazy.

"Ohhh" Tanu and Abhay chorused to tease Geet.

Abhay rolled into laughter and Maan grinned back

"I think someone lost his heart somewhere?"

Tanu laughed and added "Geet, have you seen his heart somewhere?"

Tanu elbowed Geet; Geet gave Maan a shy look and said "time to come back to business"

Tanu wanted to tease them more "Geet, since when you became so business-type, leave that to our client Mr. Maan Singh Khurana" she said stretching Maan's name.

Geet glared at Tanu and finally Kabir chipped in "can I know what's happening?"

Abhay clapped his hands and smacked Maan lightly on the arm and grinned like a monkey "what do you think is happening?!"

1 hour later

"Sorry gals" Abhay said giving Geet and Tanu a sad face. "Dad just call, I gotta rush, Beebs is coming, will you people be able to manage"

Maan stared at Geet without blinking but she didn't notice.

"It's fine, I'll be at Mesh today, Geet'll manage, right nah!"

Kabir had already left, Abhay and Tanu also left leaving Geet and Maan alone in the college yard. "Alright, see ya soon!" Geet waved to Maan leaving him speechless.

"Don't you want a ride home?" he asked. Geet blushed and ran away before Maan could catch her; leaving him scratching his head.

Geet's cell-phone rang.

"Heya Jess"

"Geet di, Piya accepted a car race challenge against the bully of our col"

"What!"

"Yes, she did!"

"Fine, wait I'm coming!"

Maan reached Crazy Parkers upon Vicky's friend's call. He stood and saw two cars; one black and one purple racing rapidly down the lane. He frowned and the black car abruptly stopped followed by the purple one.

Geet arrived at the given name and saw two cars; and they were coming in the same direction where she was. The purple accelerated abruptly too and two people came out; Piya and a boy. Both of them were jogging to her direction.

Piya and Vicky were horrified.

"Vicky, that's my sis over there, she's gonna kill me!"

"Hell, my brother is there too! I am dead!"

Piya and Vicky reached to Geet and Maan; who hadn't notice Geet yet.

"Can I know what was happening Piya?" Geet said in her most serious voice.

"Woh..actually, it is called a car race" Piya grinned.

"Just shut up!"

"What the hell is this!" Maan shouted at his brother.

"Bro...I had challenged this girl; she always argues with me"

"U challenged a girl!"

"Hey" Piya chipped in "girls aren't weak! understood!" she snapped at Maan.

Maan gave a quick glance at his brother's rival.

"She's beautiful" he thought "but not as my Geet is!"

"You brat, don't interfere and listen to me!" Geet snapped at her sister and dragged her by the hand.

Maan's and Geet's eyes widened and looked at each other

"Geet!"

"Maan"

Geet and Maan stared at each other, while Geet was all shy and was blushing. Maan was grinning widely at her forgetting about their siblings.

Piya was confused with her sister's odd behaviour, she was flushing.

"Yeh, what happened to sissy, why she's behaving like this?" she thought.

Vicky frowned and looked at his brother smiling at the girl next to his rival. They sure did looked like sisters! They bore the same resemblance .

"Bro…do you know her?" Maan asked.

"Huh" Maan said, he had barely heard his kiddo bro and came back to reality. Geet frowned and glared at her little sister! Both Maan and Geet's eyes widened with shock as they realized

"She..she's your sister!"

"He..he's your brother!"

"YES!"

"Do you know each other?" Vicky asked.

"Shut up" Maan grumbled.
