Chapter 9

Tera Mera Pyaar Amar, Phir Kyon Mujhako Lagata Hai Dar

Mere Jivan Saathi Bata, Kyon Dil Dhadake Rah-Rah Kar

After One Month

Geet ,Maan n Rano this was their family They were suffering but they were happy Might b Maan had no feeling for Geet But if he had felt all sufferings this weak girl faced for him to keep him alive Standing alone in front of this society.Then he defiantly had respect for her.

After finishing her every day work.Mailing all right documents to a firm in Shimla.She shut down her computer n looked at Maan who was sleeping under effect of medicine given to him as a daily routine to make him unconscious so that his mind could take rest.Lik we get in sleep

Few days back Leela Shifted a bed to her home.Which her( Leela) father gav her in her marriage.But she n Sham were used to sleep on cots.Geet needed it more .She had to take care of Maan n to share same bed could help her more As she had not to get from her cot to look after Maan in these chilling nites.

She brushed his hair.Touched his cheek wth her hand..A lil smile came on her face.This was her habit now.To gaze him continuously without blink.She was not aware she was falling for him .But today some thing different happened as she touched Maan's cheek he reacted.He came out of his sleep not completely but he was awake.Even after some time blinked his eyes

Geet observed it .She was shocked surprised tears rolled down from her eyes n she ran away from room.Pulled Rano wth full force who was in deep sleep.

Rano : Geet kya hai itni Raat ko mujhe is tarah kyo kheench ( pull)ranhi ho.Maan to theek hai ( she jumped to find Geet such )

Geet nodded her head .Lil joy on her face calmed Rano every thing was fine

Rano : Per tell me what has happened u r doing this to me .?

Geet looked around .But her slate was in her room.She dragged Rano there n wrote on slate

Geet: Maa Maan reacted to me first time.( she was happy, telling Rano )

Rano : Kya ?

Geet: Ha Maan..he reacted first time in two months…He ll b fine Maa..I knw.( she hugged her mother)

When she said this Rano's happiness disappeared from her face thinking about Her daughter's future .

What she would do if Maan rejected her .She was happy to b wth him .Geet's whole world had been limited to this house.

She was a machine now.Her hands was such like some wounded her intentionally wth lots of scars on it.

Coz she was working more than her mother Kitting at nite after finishing her work .. looking after Maan.She also took charge of sewing Blouses.. Petticoats.And needle work always gav pain to her.Maan's daily needs were enough that her hands were such .But she never blamed any one

Now she was happy .

Rano left after short while.But Geet was in other world.

Her unconditional hard work had started to response.

She closed door n set next to Maan

He was showing his restlessness moving his head lil while

Geet estimated it was cold n Maan's quilt was lil bit slipped He was feeling it.She covered him completely n slipped to same quilt. Held him in her arms. Brushing his hair.After some time he again slept in her arms.But she realized same what her mother.

She didn't want to loose him.She held him more tightly

i really hope maan atleast acknowledge her efforts in his mind

this part was truly emotional, how is geet going to convey her thoughts to him, she cannot put rano in between everything
