IN INdia there are many religions, customs and traditions so Laws of our country has to be like suited all...

although it is illegal to marry before marriageable age but there is no such rule like imprisionment to groom if there is no objection from anybody including bride...

and if after reaching marriageable age according to our Laws if bride-groom don't file for any separation or nullify the marriage within 2 yrs then they are considered legally married...

now coming to update...

wonderful update...Maan with family shifted to Delhi...he made right decision and Geet accepted it...

After going though all I found those rules which exactly suits.If a adult boy even if has age jst one day more then 21 .He can b punished with imprisonment of 3 months if he marries a minor,above 15 n below 18 .If he is less then 21 he is taken as minor so no imprisonment for him.Ya if parents r involved they cam b punished.n marriage between children below 15 automatically became illegal even to hav relations ll b taken as rape.I never create logics from my side.People take my stories lightly becoz I add less spice.But my stories has reality...I think n all rules n concepts according to measures n information I collect.From Crdiac transplantation in KMPMH to URMHW's minor marriage /child marriage
