Now i definintely see the problem and thats definintely communication.. Thats what my analysis says... I'm not expert here but your conversations all along are pointing in the same direction...
@Naz: If Syl does know how to keep you happy you can try voicing it out for once ... I'm sure that will help syl 😉
@Syl: If you feel Naz does not notice your efforts then i guess you need to make her notice it... again voice it out an i'm sure she will start noticing 😉
