I live in the UK and its more appropraite to email

I tried calling the UK star one office, they dont pick up

they wouldnt put me through an just now a lady picked up an she said we r sorry but we r not disscussing it anymore so she didnt give me a answer,im fearing the worse now😭

That's a good sign.. it means that they are getting a lot of calls.. so they are most likely irritated!
