@Hima: nice analysis dear... as far as symbolism is concerned I would say that the sindoor box fall on geet's hand whereas the other things of shagun fall on maan's head... which I thing is a blessing... because whenever somebody gives a shagun or something very sacred you first touch it on your forehead... I hope i'm interpreting correct.
@Sana: Hi...it was much later he developed some concern for geet... but when he first met her he never helped her when goons were chasing her... she fall in the pool & was drowning... only then he came to her rescue... but when she asked him to drop at the place where her wedding was going to take place, he initially refused but later helped... but again he left her alone on the road... he was like that & geet knows it.

sana..i didn't like his behaviour..but...maybe he was like that..we saw him in hp who knows what he was like before that...
