You can't be sure that IT'S not happened, just on the basis that M wanted a kiss. Maybe he enjoyed THE KISS that WE never got to see and wants more and more of the same. It obviously was a moreish one, seems so from his expression (unless we've got the expression all wrong)!
Who knows, it's all like the emperor's new clothes to me. But then am I bovvered to quote a famous lady!
