Maya .. ya you can sometimes even get it from stores (Desi stores) .. once my mom bought this prepare-it-yourself kit with all the gol gappa stuff inside the box from a desi store.. and I live in Canada too..

but I guess you can search up restaurants close to your home that have gol gappe and give them a try! They are de-lish!
