From today's episode it appeared that Dev is after all evil. The smile he gave after Maan laid a reassuring hand on his shoulder seemed to be not so innocnent. It looks like he planned this whole thing so as to get Maan out of the way. In his absence he may run his company to dust.


Just think about it. Is he not supposed to manage the Gurgaon office? He did not bother to do that and instead took Geet to the orphanage. Maybe he asked them to call Geet in Maan's absence and pretended to help her. He plans the grand surprise for them at the farm house. Without making sure Maan gets the message that he has to go to the farm house, he has Dadi send Geet there. Maan is making some presentation in the Gurgaon office. Again, is Dev not the one managing that office? Maybe he arranged for the clients to come on that particular day and indirectly force Maan to do the presentation for them. After the debacle of losing the bid the previous day because of Dev Maan may not have wanted the chance. Had he been informed about the farm house meeting he could have taken care of it.


Dev does not stop here. He makes sure that even Adi knows how desperate he is to communicate with Maan about the farm house meeting with Geet and then lands there round about the time he knows Maan will land there just in time to hear her say she forgives him. He must know that Geet is more soft hearted than Maan. He must have come to know that she even forgave Darji. So he played the forgiveness card.

He stalks Geet everywhere, even when she was making the arrangements for the holi and pretended as though he was embarrassed to apply holi on her, forcing her to smile for the sake of appearances as they were in public glare.

He follows her to the kitchen and volunteers to speak to Maan knowing full will how much Maan despises even seeing him let alone listening to him.

He got his golden opportunity when Maan played right into his hands by losing his cool on both him and Geet and using some rude words for her. He knew this will prompt Geet to leave.

The bhashan he gave MAan made him feel good because he managed to lecture to the great MSK as to where he had gone wrong. In doing so he ensured that Maan couldn't go immediately after Geet and Geet got away.

Now that both Maan and Geet are away at Amritsar and Maan has grudgingly accepted his apology, he will show his true colours. Or so I hope.
